We were greeted by a lovely lady called Gail in the Mansfield branch and she made our experience of choosing a bed most enjoyable.

Good in-store and delivery services.
Staff friendly and helpful. They will describe all the options available to each product. They were aware that I was comparing them to other Bed shops, but they didn't mind. They remained very helpful.
I'm very satisfied with the chosen products. No scuffs or marks, very clean and good quality.

Excellent svs from the start. Gail Bristow from the Mansfield branch was very helpful with picking our bedroom furniture a 5 star experience. The delivery was sent out and wardrobes built an all round 5 stars

Brilliant customer service
Ryan in the Mansfield store was very helpful nothing was too much trouble . He is very knowledgable about all aspects of his job and he is very customer focused . He is a credit the company and he should be recognised for his outstanding service . The delivery men were very good they delivered the divan earlier than expected (they rang and let me know they were going to be early) overall we had a really good experience .

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, on asking what we were looking for he made great recommendations and we ended up buying one of them.
The store had a great selection of mattresses to try out and we weren't pounced on when we walked through the door ( which is very off putting). But allowed to peruse first.
Overall a great experience on buying a new mattress!!

The lady in the shop who helped us choose which bed and mattress we were looking for was realy helpful and friendly and even had a good laugh with us, everything from choosing and paying to delivering went smoothly

Excellent service in every way
Excellent service in every way. Informed me on every step of the way and delivery was on the time allocated by two excellent people who constructed the bed most efficiently.
