Andrew in the New Malden branch was excellent. He knew his products inside out and found us the perfect mattress as well as protector and pillows for a brilliant price. Very personable and gave us appropriate space to make our decision.

The salesman really knew his product range and guided us to placing the order for the bed we bought. Waiting for delivery but the whole experience was great.

Excellent Quality mattress & pillows service we received from staff was excellent they actually took the time to explain all about a number of different offers available.

My experience was great at the New Malden shop. The sales rep told all the details about the beds and helped to find the perfect one. He also explained the payment options and delivery.
Smoothest, most effective customer service.

We went to the New Malden location, had a look around for a mattress and potentially a bed frame. Monika was working by herself and still amazingly helpful and welcoming. She created a quote and showed us all the discounts that were available. We returned a couple days later and went through with the purchase of a mattress and bed frame. Monika was clear and concise, making sure we got the best discount and that we had double checked our order was exactly what we wanted. She also gave us excellent advice for how to look after the mattress.

Keafer was so helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses! We started by testing different mattress firmness then, once we had agreed the best feel for us, we were directed towards mattresses that would work best for us. We tried a range of different-priced mattresses and never felt like we were being convinced to choose the most expensive ones. Keafer also gave us great advice about thinking long term - whether the mattress/bed size would be right in a future property. Really great experience and we are very happy with our purchase! Also really flexible with delivery which is great as we don’t have a set moving date yet.

The member of staff expertly helped me choose the correct mattress for my needs. It is very comfortable. I love the bed chosen. Looks really nice in my bedroom. Decided to wait until bed was delivered to write this review. Staff were very helpful in store and talked through different options available.

This is my second purchase from Bensons. Both times staff were very quick to help and in no way did I feel rushed. Ian is very engaging and very knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had made a total purchase of £2641.85 from Bensons for Beds New Malden.2bed frames and 2 mattresses.
However, one of the bed frames (Ravenna) when delivered had missing screws and the plastic support was cracked.(See photos attached)
We contacted the New Malden store immediately and several times in last one year since the purchase of the bed.
Also, I do have again records of several emails sent to the New Malden store(newmalden0135atbensonsforbeds.co.uk) requesting replacement of missing and damaged items with attachments (same photos attached here)
The bed has been unused for a year now as it is wobbly and unstable due to missing screws and I felt its unsafe for my child to use it.
Every time I was promised parts will be made available from their warehouse and I will be contacted to collect the items from store. But that day never came, nor did I once receive any update on the missing item status.
After chasing them for 1year as on 16th April 2023. The new manager at New Malden store (Mr. Charlie) told me to call up customer care as it is now out of warranty and stated that
He is not aware of my case and they have not received any mails from my end in a very arrogant and rudely manner and slammed the phone down…..and now we are stuck with brand new bed frame that cannot be used due to my child’s safety reason and waiting to dispose it off. Rest of my furniture shopping was made from DFS New Malden very much happy with products , delivery and customer service till date no complaints and it’s just building next to Bensons for beds New Malden.
My only regret is I should have purchased all my home furniture from DFS New Malden, and I would have not gone through this whole years torture and waste of money……….
