The staff in the store was very helpful and delivery was quick and smooth

We visited the Silverlink store twice (Once to look around & again to purchase), and on both occasions we found the staff very helpful & informative

Delivery was arranged sooner than we had initially expected

When we first entered the store we were greeted by staff and then left alone until we found the bed we wanted.. I asked what payment options they offered got the total price and then completed our order.

Good in shop service and love my new mattress so why only 4 stars? I had to phone up the day before delivery to ask what my delivery time was as I had received no text as I was told I would. When I asked why I didn’t get a text the girl said “don’t know” and she might as well have added and don’t care “ from the tone of her voice. Also, the mattress was delivered around 7.25am which I think is a ludicrous time to expect someone to be up, dressed, bed stripped and in our case the mattress removed from the bed.
