Helpful staff in store, buying a matress- you need to be able to lie on them, test them out. They showed us the types of mattress to suit us and were quick and helpful sorting payment and delivery.

The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient with my elderly mother. A positive experience.

I used both the services of the local Bensons store and online purchase web site I received excellent service from both.
Staff knowledgeable and informative about their product, all communications were efficient and professional.
Prompt good delivery service with very good tracking. The bed was as advertised and displayed it was self build but instructions were good and everything needed was there. Good all round experience and service

Advertised on website as opening at 10am on Sunday, but at store opening time stated was 10.30am but opening earlier for browsing. At just after 10.30am after I looked through window a member of staff sauntered across and unlocked the door. I mentioned the conflict in information about opening times and he said it had been like that for ages and shrugged. He then sauntered back to the desk where he sat and talked to a female colleague the whole time I was there. He asked me once if he could help with anything when I was looking for a particular mattress and he just pointed over the room to where it was, then returned to desk. No interest in if I needed any advice or help.
I left the store and ordered online

Helpful staff who didn’t pressurise us but were helpful and informative when required

Tracy was superb! She was concise, friendly & polite and skilled at directing our thoughts to help us choose our perfect bed & mattress.

Visited Silverlink branch and had great assistance from Sean although at some points all other staff I encountered were very helpful, accommodating and engaging. I paid for delivery/build and again the two chaps that came were again helpful, accommodating and engaging whilst the actual build was carried out with great knowledge and efficiency. With regard to the products/s purchased I am happy with the price and quality when comparing to other retailers as I did at the time although I do seem to be spending more time in it than I really should!! zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Amazing customer service from Stu at Benson in North Shields Silverlink. He was attentive, extremely helpful, answered all our questions, gave us things to think about that we had not thought about, he was available to help when we needed, allowed us to browse and definitely did not pounce on us when we walked through the door, he acknowledged we were there and we knew when we needed help he was available. He was friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was a bother to him, he genuinely was happy to help, he clearly enjoys his job, which is what customer service is all about. Do something you love, love something you do. Cheers Stu, you are a star. Bed has arrived today and is perfect. Delivery chaps were amazing too. Well done Bensons ! Would highly recommend.

Sean at the North Shields branch gave my husband and I fantastic service when we visited the store today. We went in to purchase two beds and Sean was so knowledgable on the beds they had in the show room, he assisted us and provided us space to discuss and consider our options in privacy which is so valuable when you are making large purchases. Sean gave great advice and helped us to make the right choice and helped us to consider everything even down to advising us to measure our stairs, which to be honest we hadn’t considered. If Benson for beds have an employee recognition scheme, we would urge you to put Sean forward as he should be recognised for giving service second to none!

Spacious showroom, lots of choice across a large price range. Really helpful staff (Shaun - thank you), everything explained very clearly.

Friendly staff No pushy salesman.We explained what we we were looking for and the salesman showed us all the options.
My only criticism is the fact that not only do you have to pay for delivery but also a charge to have it assembled and a fee of £80 to have it taken away
Apart from that we were really pleased with the whole experience

Buying wardrobes and the process was made very easy

I am repeat customer due to there own brand mattress only lasting 1 year. But I returned to them as customer service is excellent. Loads of choice of big brand suppliers. Walked away happy having ordered a new mattress (silent night).

The staff were really friendly in the Silverlink branch, and especially Tony, who really did his best to find us a great deal. He went above and beyond.
