Excellent , no pressure , Eric called 1/2 an hour before the delivery , bed was built , old one was taken away , & new bed & new pillows are so comfy ,
Slept like a log…..woke up in the fireplace , lol
Slept like a baby….
cried all night & wanted changing in the morning 😁 xx

Excellent service and choices

They have customer care, they great and welcome you and take their time with you until you’re satisfied. They don’t attend to 2 or 3 customers at one go. And you can easily approach them with any questions

After changing the bed size(large 'admin' fee) delivery took 3 weeks. They sent the wrong headboard. After Emailing them and going back into the shop, they made us feel we were very fortunate they would change it and were also lucky we had a £10 discount on the £40 extra we had to pay for the requested headboard . Then they made us wait another month before receiving it ! Spoke to a nice person on the phone who apologised for the inconvenience. That was the first and only apology we had. Made to feel it was our fault but we did nothing wrong.

I found this company brilliant from the day I purchased the article to emails etc to the delivery day. I would definitely recommend the company.

We came into bensons and John asked if he could help . We told him our budget and what we wanted. So John showed us what he's got and never tried doing the sales pitch on us. And John just came over when we called him. And sorted out what we needed 10/10 for John.

From choosing a new mattress to pre delivery process and finally delivery.

So far so good sleeping on the new mattress we hope this will continue.

From store to delivery, everyone was very helpful, informative, on delivery the driver and assistant were very respectful and polite.

Very knowledgeable salesperson helped us through the process of choosing the right mattress and told us all the details about delivery etc. without having to ask. Great choice and I have confidence in the company.

We were looking for a mattress however we were really stuck between IGel and Simba. Originally we went to Northampton store and John there was exceptional. Nothing was too much for him. However we wanted to test out the Simba again but MK was the only one that had one in store, so we went there. Upon arrival we met Mira who showed us both of the mattresses that we were considering. Having the opportunity to test both of them at once made the decision much easier for us and we chose the IGel. The delivery date can not come soon enough we are super excited

The gentleman we saw in the shop quickly understood what type of mattress we wanted and showed us three that he thought would be suitable. After trying them several times we picked one.
We were kept informed about the delivery, given a 2 hour slot and were able to track the lorry. The driver rang 20 minutes before arriving at us. The driver and assistants were careful when bringing the mattress into the house and removing the old one. The whole experience was stress free.

Delivery team were great, took away old bed and put up old bed. Bed and mattress is lovely,

Excellent service good knowledge on products in store

From entering the showroom and speaking to the salesperson to the delivery and construction of the bed your system could not be faulted. The salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. The back room personnel kept me informed and the 2 man team delivered as promised. Thank you all.

The sales person was great. Very friendly and full of knowledge and advice on the bed we were looking at. Never pressured us, just followed our lead.

From the moment l walked into the Bensons beds shop to when l finally got my bed it was amazing. The service was excellent. The product great . Exactly what they said and what l wanted. I would definitely recommend Bensons to anyone looking for a bed . I love mine . Great people, great service.
