Bensons For Beds - Norwich148 レビュー

The men who made the delivery were friendly, careful and helpful.

Delivery was done within the alloted time. Delivery guy's were very polite and very helpful. Taking the mattress up to the bed unwrapping and putting in place.

I ordered my Ottoman TV bed on the 10th of January 2026 and they managed to deliver my bed on the 2nd of February - within 23 days. That was so quick than expected.
On the delivery date, John and Steven called me 30 min prior to came to my place in Bradwell and they did a really good job. They managed to fix my bed within one and half hours. They were so professional in their field and explained everything about the bed - because it was surround music TV ottoman bed.
I am so happy about my purchase and highly recommend Bensons for beds if you are looking for a bed.
And I want to mention that I went to several other places around the area and I couldn't find any nicer beds like the one I bought.

The delivery was smooth and well organised .The team Driver John H & Steven B (Driver assistant ) arrived on time .I got a good customer service as well on visiting the shop .I would recommend Benson Beds to anyone looking for a comfortable and well built bed .I am happy with my purchase

Judy at the Norwich store was lovely, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Left us to consider the beds without following us around like some sales people do so didn't feel rushed. We went away to debate which bed we liked best. Judy was kind enough to give us a follow up call the next day and we were able to order over the phone. Excellent customer service!

Lora the salesperson was very friendly and welcoming, she had vast knowledge of all the products and helped us choose the right bed for us!

Helpful & knowledge staff

From the showroom to the delivery a very professional service

Very good delivery, quick and expertly done! Lots of communication before and during the delivery day!

Excellent Service, knowledgeable staff.

Customer service was excellent, when I entered the store I was greeted by Sinead, she asked if I needed assistance and what it was I was looking for, I told her what I needed and she showed me a bed and the first she showed me I fell in love with and it ticked all the boxes, she then helped me pick a mattress, allowed me to try multiple mattresses and helped me make a decision, I now had everything I needed but with Sinead's guidance I also ended up buying 6 pillows and a wardrobe!
The store was lovely and clean, loads of options to look at and try, all staff were polite but extra credit for Sinead who I felt went over a beyond.

Everything went perfectly.. thank you and congratulations to Bensons bed’s.
In the past with other retailers, something!!, goes wrong. This was the first time using bensons beds and they have broken that cycle👍. From the in store friendly ness and professionalism from the staff ( at Norwich) to the informative emails and then to the delivery. I couldn’t have asked for more!! Thank you. Happy new year..
oh can I have some free pillows now.! 😂😂

My wife and I were very well advised by Judy In the Norwich branch.
Judy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with answers to all our questions and also provide us with information which assisted us to make our ultimate choice. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and we were left to browse at our leisure and the experience was excellent.

Pleasant,professional and knowledgeable staff 👏

A good company that stand by their product, without any quibble.

Lovely experience throughout, from the shop to the delivery. Did exactly what they said they would.

From the initial welcome, listening to my requirements, a visit to the technical bed which shows pressure points and then the extensive range of products which encompass these findings. No pressure to purchase the most expensive range, rather to visit and revisit what I found comfortable, while explaining what features each product had.
The only problem I had was dealing with the finance option. I do not get on with the technical world and my attempt at using your telephone application resulted in me paying in full on my bank card, rather than taking advantage of your 0% finance.

What the point of sitting, discussing items & finance in house, then the finance company not allowing the shopper to access the finance!!
Relentless attempts to enter details on line, for the web site to repeatedly deny the existence of a "work address" so denying the finance outright. I have now had to pay the whole amount, leaving me out of pocket at this time of year.
I will be informing my people to avoid Bensons like the plague. What a rip off!

Delivered on time very polite and helpful
