Decland was absolutely brilliant. He described the beds perfectly and answered all our questions.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. The sales consultant Tommy, although he had only been there for 2 weeks was knowledgeable and very attentive. He listened to both my wife and I. I am sure he will be an asset to your business.

From the expert and very knowledgeable Sales team to the highly efficient and friendly delivery operatives the experience has been over and above expectations. I can’t rate Bensons for beds highly enough and would particularly recommend the Nottingham store at castle marina retail park.

Easy quick and simple experience from receiving advice in store, ordering and paying for a new bed and mattress, delivery (including notification of time) and assembly.

Before the goods were off loaded of the truck triple checked what I had being delivered was what I had ordered
A double divan base with draws and a king size mattress.
The delivery team Ian and Paul were so helpful and spotted an issue with the bed before I did. Took all the necessary photos and dealt with it all for me.
I would not have spotted it till I put the bedding on. Took the hassle away for me.
When I phoned on Monday as it was delivered late on Friday all the wheels put in place to replace it. Really did not have to make that call.
Super efficient service. Not what you have come to realise does not always happen in other companies.
Would truly recommend Benson for beds in Nottingham, especially the manager.
Used them before and that was good now exceptionally fantastic.

I was left to look around and try as many beds as needed. No pushy sales talk apart from requested information. A good all round experience.
Here's hoping the bed lives up to expectations!!!

Buying the bed was pretty simple process in store with delivery date confirmed within 24/48 hrs of purchase. About 3 weeks after this confirmation received notification that delivery was going to be delayed by a further 2 weeks (appreciate Christmas period may have impacted this slightly)

Being kept informed of delivery, tracking availability on the day and call from delivery team an hour before drop was really great. The two dropping the bed off were superb and really helpful.

Upon building the bed we noticed there was an issue and a couple of parts were faulty - contacted Customer Services (easy enough and a really great advisor) and replacement parts have been ordered, but here’s the kicker - I have to wait somewhere between 7-14 days for these to arrive so have a half built bed….

I get it, issues happen but being left in the lurch isn’t so great….lets see what happens next as this is the key part, there’s an issue how good are the team at Bensons in resolving and preventing a nightmare……

Customer service is second to none. One of the good guys 😀
Everytime we’ve been in store the staff are excellent, Alex looked after us this time and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
