40 days exchange guarantee
Deliveries perfect , mattress ok , sales man forgot to mention that if I need to change mattress under 40 days guarantee will cost 10%of mattress value.. it’s no good to put this in small print ! Never again thanks bensons for beds !

Bought a ex display Tempor mattress…
Bought a ex display Tempor mattress from the Oldbury branch over £1000. I arranged for it to be collected the next day. Was assured the mattress would be removed from display and wrapped ready for collection.
On arriving to collect mattress was still on the bed in the showroom. Was told you have got it cheap and would have to take it unwrapped and wash the cover when we got it home. If it got soiled in transit. Eventually they wrapped it up. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Tony Workman

Bed purchase
We came in to your Oldbury shop to look for a new bed on Friday 27/12/2024 we were greeted by your salesman Daniel who explained how the prices on the information cards for each bed works then left us alone to look around. We said we had purchased a mattress 9 years ago from the harbourne shop and liked the mattress but couldn't remember it's name so daniel looked up on the computer and found our order from then and found the name.He then phoned a colleague in the kidderminster branch to ask him what would be the closest mattress to it nowadays as he had been with the company much longer than he had.
