Bensons For Beds - Poole692 レビュー

Ruben was very knowledgeable about the products and helped with my Purchases. While Paul help with the maths when finishing the purchase.
Just a little disappointing we have an extended wait for the bed frame.

We visited Bensons for Beds at Poole Retail Park and were impressed with the selection of headboards and beds. Timm offered us useful advice and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Paul helped us on a subsequent visit to place our order. He too was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. With no pressure selling. We were so pleased with the service we added another bed to the original order. Both Paul and Timm made sure we received the discount that was advertised and explained how to edit our delivery date if we ever needed to. We would highly recommend Bensons. We look forward to receiving our new beds.

Brilliant from the beginning to the delivery. Fantastic service. I have a fantastic bed. The team kept me up to date throughout the service even changed my delivery date to suit me. Well done Bensons for Beds.
Highly recommended

Great experiance. Ruben was amazing and helpful. Best sales person and most helpful to come across.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of mattresses to try and we did not feel pressurised at any point.

We were served by Timm. Timm was1 very helpful and not at all pushy.
Timm wanted to make sure we were purchasing the right item for ourselves

First class service from start to finish! Now for a good nights sleep!

Excellent service. Very helpful sales team.

Ordered an ex display mattress from Paul at the Branksome Poole store. He guided us through our options with his great knowledge and experience. This made the buying process easy.
Delivery by a local team headed by Alex was a dream. Alex agreed a delivery date and time that fitted with our busy schedule and updated us throughout the process. They placed the mattress on the base and removed the wrapping. A thoroughly fantastic guy.

A wide range of beds and bases to chose from and both salespeople were very friendly and helpful. The bed we chose was very reasonably priced. The only criticism is the fact a 50pound delivery charge was loaded after we agreed to purchase, a bit deceitful.

The purchase of our new bed from Benson's for beds at Poole was a very smooth and easy transaction from the initial purchase through to the delivery and assembly of the bed a few weeks later. The delivery men were friendly and efficient , arrived on time and completed the bed assembly within an hour, well worth paying the extra for. All in all a great purchase, fully recommended, well done!

We were advised very clearly and kindly about what'd be the best choice of mattress and best options to us. Apologies but the name escapes me, but the representative was very friendly and had great knowledge and made us feel welcome.

A wonderful team at Bensons in Branksome Retail Park. Efficient and helpful. Thanks for your great service.

Very pleasant. Both times we went in with family to look around, try, and decide on the mattresses we would like, especially Rubben on initial visit and both gentlemen on our second visit I think the purchase was processed by store manager, I hope I remember correctly being Paul (not sure) but they were all very friendly, calm, approachable, not pushing to close the sale. Rubben was very knowleadgeable, friendly, calm, appreciating my knowledge to details having already done my research online beforehand on mattresses. Rubben was patient and open, not irritated by my multitude of questions and our undecided position. He had the patience and be there like a friend would be to guide and support in our decision eith as much details as possible. We came back with our son to test and find a mattress for him too and the research was less time consuming due to the help we already had the previous day from Rubben, so it was now easier, and we finalised the visit by purchasing 2 mattresses, a double and a single.

No pressure, lots of time to browse. Good selection

Arrived on time. Polite installers and no mess left. Thanks to John and Tristan
