New mattress. I bought a mattress at Bensons beds in…
I bought a mattress at Bensons beds in Preston by the docks recently. The staff were excellent and very helpful and considerate.
Especially Steven.
I changed my mind about the mattress I had chosen a few days after making the order and the staff had no problems with letting me choose a different product.
They also helped me to get the best deal possible which was on offer at the time.

Did not get put under pressure in the salesroom. I was encouraged to take my time and was left to try out the mattresses before making a decision.
I was not pressured into making a decision that day.
Very friendly assistant, Jessica, was patient and informative.
I was kept apprised of the delivery situation and Ant [Driver] and Duncan [Driver's assistant] were both friendly and efficient.

All-round satisfaction with choosing and taking delivery
We had good advice from the showroom when choosing the new bed and mattress, we were kept well informed about delivery and the team who delivered were careful and courteous. We are definitely satisfied with the service Bensons for Beds gave.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Never had to chase as emails came through to keep me informed of progress. Bed was delivered on time by two lovely men. Really happy and would not hesitate to use Benson's again.

A great product at great value , store allowed us plenty of time and space to make our choice , delivered as agreed by two great chaps who took care when transferring the Bed sections upstairs. 1st time customer but would return when required. ♤ ♤ ♤ ♤ ♤
