Very helpful could not get a better person to help me. All my questions I asked she helped. All so I learned a lot about a bed mattress.

as soon as we went into the store in rayleigh we were greeted by a member of staff who asked if she could help in any way when i asked about the mattress on show she ran through about the different types and prices at no time did we feel under obligation to buy there and then but thanks to helen who was very helpful we purchased a mattress.

Purchased a mattress, mattress protector and 2x pillows.
The pillows were so uncomfortable we tried to return the next day, to then be told they cannot be returned. This was not advised at time of purchase, nor was there any signage in store to this effect. Pillow’s were £158!!
Will never use Benson for Beds again!!

I previously purchased a mattress from the Rayleigh Store and went back to purchase pillows, as before the staff were very helpful, polite, friendly and not at all "pushy".

The selling to me of the mattress was easy and enthusiastic however I’ve had my mattress 8 months and followed all operating advice and the mattress is now soft and not fit for purpose ! This has cost £1200 plus and purposely want a firm mattress! Now the mattress is soft and does not perform by isolating you with your partner when they move in the bed ! This was not the case when brand new ! This has developed in the past couple of months! Like I say I bought what I believed to be a high end mattress that would be supportive and firm and have ended up with backache ! I would never buy from Bensons For Beds!

We were greeted by a warm friendly lady who ask Helen to assist us and she proved to be extreme helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful lady who knew a lot about the mattresses to help guide me. Given plenty of time to lay on them which helped me to choose (hopefully) the right one for me. Also good to know I can try for 40 days and return if not suitable.
