Patient and helpful sales staff. Delivery was on time and efficient. Time will tell if the mattress I bought is value for money but so far, it's very comfortable and appears to be good.

Was really pleased with the excellent efficient and friendly service I received at Bensons for Beds in Reading, from Ambi. She was very thorough and showed me all available options, eventually finding me a mattress which was ideal for my circumstances.

A good experience.
When it comes to beds, you can't buy them on line, guidance is required. The salesman was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. It was a very good experience.

The service from the member staff was excellent, from asking sensible questions on what were our requirements to explaining the benefits of the various options available. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision on which bed and mattress met our requirements
