Great choice of beds. Knowledgeable and relaxed staff with no pressure to rush or buy.

The sales manager Christine Gill was amazing she helped , advised and was so patient and we went home very happy and pleased at the time she gave us excellent.

We arrived at the store and two sales assistants were available to answer our questions. The bed we saw on the website was in store so we could view it. Also try out various mattresses. We ordered the headboard, base, mattress and storage box there and then and received -10% & -10% discount.

My purchases were made very easy with the help of knowledgable staff

Katherine was an excellent advisor. Patient but knowledgeable. We were encouraged to take our time and be sure. She showed us varied but suitable options and was very patient as we changed our minds repeatedly. But the final purchase we are confident is right for us.

Brought a bed got home put it up parts missing. Rang the shop an all we got was I can't do nothing to help you I close soon am take me an hour to get home ? Left me and my disabled partner on a sofa for 2 days disgusting !!! Returned the bed an had to wait for a refund then you have the cheek to send s9meone out to collect a headboard at 8 o'clock in the morning wich isn't here no form of contact.or.mothong regarding collection , wouldn't recommend to anyone

I was given alot of help, guidance and information by the person in store. There was no pressure or need to hurry and I was left to make my own decision. I was happy with the whole experience.
