Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about their products

Friendly and not pushy staff, Took as much time as we needed in choosing. Staff very knowledgeable about all the products, explained all options clearly, helped us with our decision and didn't try to promote specific products.

When I visited Bensons to order a new bed it was at a very stressful time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They took time to consider which mattress type would be most suitable ( it couldn’t contain wool) and a new bed is arriving in a few weeks.

My online purchase of a new bed and mattress was trouble free l had lots of choices which included in depth details of suitability was also given choices to add on taking away old mattress and bed plus assembly of new all at reasonable prices.contacted me almost straight away with all details of delivery date etc

You did not deliver one of the mattresses. Contacted the Archer Road shop twice and told to expect a call back from Customer Services. They didn't call back.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory customer service I experienced at the Archer Road store in Sheffield.

My wife was very interested in a mattress, but wanted my opinion before buying the mattress. I took half a day off work on Friday to view the mattress with her. We both liked the mattress and just needed to measure up at home.

The manager Lee assured us we had a couple of days to make a decision and would reserve it for us, and even removed the for sale card from the bed.

My wife returned the next day (Saturday/today) to make payment for the mattress. However we were told that the mattress had been given to someone else.

Given the fact my wife had her heart set on the mattress, plus I had taken time off from work to look at the mattress. You can imagine how disappointed we were on travelling across Sheffield again to place the order.

I phoned up the store and spoke to Lee to explain how disappointed I was. I was offered no real apology for the situation. I still can't understand why at the very least we weren't contacted, when the store had our contract details.

I feel the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally.

The member of staff in the shop in Sheffield couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of time too. Really good experience.
