Good in shop sales, efficient delivery and good product.

We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds and overall, we had a very positive experience.

The customer service in-store was amazing. Azura, who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable about beds and mattresses. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, helping us understand our options without being pushy at all, which we truly appreciated. She gave us plenty of time to look around, try different beds, and carefully consider our decision. She patiently answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable.

Delivery was fast and right on time as promised. The assembly service was also excellent. The team who delivered and assembled our bed were courteous, polite, and they took the time to explain how to properly look after the bed and mattress, which we found very helpful. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the pricing situation. We purchased our mattress at full price, and just one week later, a 20% discount was advertised. I reached out to ask if the discount could be applied to our order, especially since it had only been a week and delivery was still two weeks away. Unfortunately, we were told that the only way to receive the discount would be to cancel the order (with a 20% cancellation fee) and place a new one, which essentially defeats the purpose of the discount.

While this was disappointing, it does not take away from the excellent service we received both in-store and during delivery. Overall, it was a great experience, and with a little more flexibility around pricing adjustments, it would have easily been a 5-star experience.

Jonathan served me at the Hedge End store and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful, without being pushy. I’d recommend his service to anyone.

Right from the beginning coming into the hedge end store the day before purchasing the staff were very helpful for my needs also having two bringing the bed and nice and cheerful makes everyone feel better

The experience with Bensons for Beds has been great from start to finish. From the sales guy in the shop to the delivery of the mattress. The guys who delivered it were friendly, fun, knowledgable and genuinely nice people.

The item was not delivered on the date given.

The salesman was friendly and was very informative.He advised me what was the best bed for me.

Went instore. Great advice from the staff. Was able to try a large range of mattresses. No pressure from the staff to upsell. Matress was delivered exactly when expected by friendly and helpful guys who even took thier shoes off in the house without being asked. Great service all round.

Our whole experience from beginning to end has been fantastic thanks to a great Customer Sevice Assistant called Azura.

Friendly, courteous and helpful

Informative about the products without being overwhelmed. We felt we had a relaxed shopping experience without being pushed into making a purchase, we were given plenty of space and time to make our own decisions and reassuring to know that we’ve got a 40 day return if the bed is not comfortable.

5 star service from the shop (hedge end) all the way to the delivery guys from the minute they left my front door. I didn’t end up buying in store but when I went to visit the young lady was very helpful helping me find the perfect mattress. Ordered it few days later online from the minute I ordered I’ve had updates constantly which is very reassuring. From delivery day yet again I could watch how far away the delivery guys were giving me a bang on eta, told the guy to leave it at the door because I don’t want shoes on the carpet… he could have left it and on to the next job but he got out his shoe covers and insisted on helping. both delivery men lovely!!
Couldn’t fault anything other then the price of a mattress these days haha!
