Bed arrived as scheduled.
However the headboard was wrong. They had made a completely different one to the base.
I went into the store as I refused the headboard delivery.
They did order the correct one but I had to wait 4 weeks which I wasn’t happy about. They could have pushed my order forward considering it was their mistake.
What I find really difficult is when they made the order you would think when it goes to the factory they would look at it before they begin and say oh this headboard isn't the same as the base. Then follow up with the sales team.
But that’s just common sense.
Anyway the new headboard arrived and it looks great. Delivery team were great. I like the fact they unpacked it before they enter the house and they removed there shoes.
Shame about the manager in the store in Brent Cross who wasn’t that great and didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience. They could have given me a couple of pillows. But nothing. Disappointed.

I ordered a Slumberland Air 6.0 memory double mattress from the Brent Cross Staple Corner Bensons for Beds at £749 on 18 Aug. Their staff at the shop said original price was £799 and the sale would ended on 20 Aug and price would return to original, that's why I ordered at once.

But I found out that right after the £50 off sale, the price reduced further to £639.99. I am so shocked and felt like cheated by their retail staff.

I sent an email to their customer service on 23 Aug and asked for a refund of the difference. They replied after 10 days, instead of 4 days they mentioned in the auto reply. More ridiculous is, they asked me to provide proof of the lower price after my purchase. How on earth should a company ask it's customer to proof the price of its product? Shouldn't you have a record of your price promotion？ I told them I didn't have one but they should have. They just replied saying that they couldn't proceed because I don't have a proof of the promotional price of their own product!

It's totally non-sense and I don't see any point

I would like to speak to a senior complaints manager due to the dreadful experience I had trying to buy a simple mattress for my son's new flat.
(I don't expect that they'll bother to call me, but I feel I should ask).

Massive thank you to Tyrone, for once again helping my mum Rita to choose the perfect divan base & stylish headboard to go with the mattress she bought with his help in June. The salesperson Tyrone is knowledgeable and helpful. We are able to purchase the bedframe and mattress which suit us within a short time with his assistance.

I had poor customer service and was charged for the bed kit and didn't receive it, the manager on the phone was rude not the first time first they told me I could change the date of delivery then no, when I said I gave them no revue they changed the date please do not buy from them again is the last time I bought from them something

The order was placed very quickly in the store.

This is the second visit to this branch and we were seen one year later by the same sales rep, which is very encouraging in these days of swift staff turnaround. A very professional and helpful gentleman called Sanjay who knew the business well and could guide us again through the best choice. Full marks for an experienced and pleasant transaction by this member of staff.
