Fabulous experience from start to finish
The whole experience with Bensons for Beds, from the shop in Stirling right through to delivery of the mattress and the best night’s sleep in ages, was extremely positive.
Paul, the sales person in the shop was really knowledgeable and helpful.
The communication and logistics was excellent. The delivery team were on time and delivered the mattress to our room and took away our old mattress.
It feels unusual nowadays to find such great service from start to finish.

Very good selection of beds
Very good selection of beds. Very helpful sales staff and informative. Stepped in when we had questions, told us all about different types divans, headboards and materials. Explained the sale and delivery, left us to wander round and discuss and was attentive and helpful when we were ready to purchase. Enjoyed the chat with the sales guy David too. A pleasant experience, looking forward to new bed being delivered on the day of our choice.

We were left to look at the beds and…
We were left to look at the beds and bedroom furniture at leisure. Paul the sales person was very polite and helpful towards us purchasing our new bed, headboard and mattress. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy that day.

carol sold us the bed - made us v comfy on your machine that helps decide best mattress to get .
she did show us cheaper options, we were happy to take the first one she showed us, even though we did lie down on a few of them

Maria was brilliant. She was warm, friendly and answered all of my questions. She let me browse with no pressure and helped me to pick a bed with a finance option that worked for me. The whole experience was super quick and easy and I’d definitely recommend! Thank you☺️

Sales lady Autumn really knowledgeable…
Sales lady Autumn really knowledgeable great advice. Don’t usually like to try out fancy gadgets but when I seen the pressure points lying on the mattress I was shocked. Cannot wait for it to arrive along with my new pillows.

Mattress a total disappointment after a few months
We bought a mattress in March and only a few months later it's all bobbled.
We contacted the Stirling store and they basically said this can happen because of friction.
Which is nonsense considering I have never had this happen. Our last one was 8yrs old and not in this state!
Not happy at all.
