I visited Benson for Beds at Roker in Sunderland with my husband at the weekend to look at a new mattress. My husband has been experiencing some back pain and Jo helped us to pick out the most suitable mattress for him / us across a range of prices. Jo was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us her experienced opinion. We came away to have a think and I went back today to purchase one of the mattresses Jo recommended after doing some online research about it. Thanks so much for your help Jo! I think we’d still be looking now without your help and recommendation!

Jo was really approachable and knowledgeble. Helped me get to get quickly to a couple of choices and gave us time to consider these without any pressure. Sorting out the admin was painless and quick, no hard selling. Upsold a couple fo relevant items based on our conversation which I would not have thought about.

Darren was very helpful explaining everything to me, I was looking for a mattress for my granddaughter and we were looking at the kids ones. His colleague was very good with my grandchildren while I was talking to Darren, keeping them occupied and allowing them to bounce on the display beds and chatting to them.

Great delivery and installation
So good to know approximate time of delivery. Delivery was totally trouble free with very friendly and pleasant drivers delivering. Bed base assembled quickly and any questions answered well. Excellent and cannot speak highly enough of such a great service.

Made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the shop. We were assisted by Andrea who guided us through the process of choosing the right bed. Never once did we feel pressured or intimidated. She matched our needs perfectly. She was approachable and personable. It was great to be able to try the best suited beds one after the other for comparison, with plenty of information offered regarding their features. Follow up emails have kept us updated with regard to delivery. Will update this review once the bed is delivered.
