The guy who sold us the mattress did not hound us he let us go round till we needed his help then he was there to get the sale

Salesman went above and beyond to show us all options and the bed that we chose was one that we had missed when walking round the showroom.

The colleague who helped us was very knowledgeable and took great time and care to assist our choice. He even put a tv on for our 6 year old twins to keep them occupied while we looked round, which was a great help.

Martin in Swindon was great. He was able to listen to our needs and make suggestions to find us our perfect bed. He was brilliant and I always felt he was doing his best to serve us and our needs. We went in knowing exactly what we (thought we) wanted and came out with the bed that was perfect for us! Thank you

Ordering went ok, good advice in store. However after receiving significant numbers of follow up emails even after delivery slot confirmation offering mattress recycling. I am being told it was not possible me to add on over the phone. Despite that being the instructions, then told I cannot add it without changing delivery date.Awful customer service I cannot believe they are unable to remove as once my delivery is delivered there will be space on the lorry!

How should I believe a Tempur sensation firm mattress without a serial number nor a tag to say what I buy is new or refurbished.

The Sales Practices and Methodology of Bensons leaves much more to be desired than you would think in a competative Market.
Do not think you can Simply Cancel Your Order or Just Simply Change Anything about your Order without some Penalty or Loss, it is simply designed not to be that easy, and it seems that as soon as you Place an Order: the Idea is, that you are to be Retained under Financial Slavery without any ability to recover your losses.

The Sales Staff and Manger made Mistakes on my Order that initially they said was to my benefit, but when calculated at home proved to be Financially Detrimental to me.
So I contacted Customer Support and they managed to ensure that I would not be worse off, for ther Error made by the Sales Staff and Store Manager.
(It is noteworthy that any Transaction and Adjustment is bound by Timeframes that change quite quickly, so as to bamboozle even a Store Manager)

But I was not going to be able to Cancel the Order or ensure that I suffered no loss, I had to do what I was told I must.
Forget Cooling Off Periods, Money Back Guarantees and Customer Satisfaction Guarantees, they simply do not apply.

Delivery men were great and Customer Services was OK.
But the experience has left a bitter tatse and I will not be back for seconds.
In my opion you are better off going Directly to a Reputable Company with a Good Long Cooling Off Period in place.

The Bed itself seems OK after the first night, but time is the teacher and we shall see if paying out a small fortune was worth it?

Bensons is Best Avoided all together, except to Test Beds maybe.

You lay on something TOTALLY DIFERENT in Store from what is Delivered, and when you accidentaly have an Ottoman Frame Collapse under weight of a knee when moving a Matress - YOU ARE NOT COVERED!
