Bensons For Beds - Truro382 レビュー

We couldn't fault the service we received, from beginning to end. The sales staff were very helpful and the gentlemen who delivered the beds were very professional and friendly

From the initial vist to the showroom to delivery, the company is exceptional. The salesman, Mike wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable.
Delivery men were very courteous and diligent with the delivery .

Customer service in store was second to none, would highly recommend the Truro branch, received our bed and we are extremely happy with it.

Very helpful (and patient) sales assistant who listened and guided us - thank you Jamie. Delivery was as promised when we bought the bed and the guys who came were friendly and efficient. Everything went well and made us wonder why we were reticent about getting a new bed.

Extremely helpful staff, took time to listen to what I wanted and gave great advice. Great deal on a bed and mattress.

The lady in the shop. Was very courteous and helpful. Answered all our questions. And wasn't to pushy. Can't stand it if someone is to much sell sell sell. She just gave us the information we needed.

Sales staff were very friendly and helpful when choosing the new wardrobe and the fitters were very pleasant and had them fitted quickly when they arrived. I am very pleased that I choose them from Bensons.

Always a pleasure to go in store and get excellent service and advice from helpful pleasant staff with no pressure and left to try all the items in store.
Let’s keep our local stores.

Great service in store and delivery guys were really helpful and friendly :-)

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff however watch out for the terms and conditions of the free trial warranty. You can only exchange your bed if purchased in store.

Great customer service from store to the delivery day with previous updates. The delivery chap was punctual polite professional friendly.

I have to say that the customer service has been 10 out of 10 every stage. The salesman Jamie in Truro was very helpful and accommodating. The delivery guys were brilliant and did their job amazingly, didn’t catch their names but “Plymouth guys”. We had small issue which was resolved quickly and the customer support has been very wonderful. I will highly recommend to others.

Great service no pushy sales until we needed help and to ask questions staff very attentive, lots of choice and good prices, after sales and delivers we were kept well informed

Staff helpful without any "hard sell.
Limited range of bedroom wardrobes but what was available was well constructed. Supply and delivery inside of 3 months (standard for the sector).
Efficient paperwork and notifications following purchase.

Kevin at the Truro branch was the first person to get up (out of four employees sat chatting around a table) and come and see if he could help us. Very informative and not pushy. Too all our wishes into account and advised on the best options for our needs. Gave us breakdowns of prices and payment options. When we said we need to think about it, no problem. His consideration and informative ways were the reason we returned to make our purchase. Thank you Kevin. We very much appreciate your service. X

Wonderful welcoming staff, who patiently allowed us to roam around till we had figured out what we wanted and needed. Then, while the order was being finalised, the little details we had not thought of were brought to our attention.

clear communication, reliable delivery information, courteous staff, what more could you ask for ...a good nights sleep! ?

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff

Kevin at Bensons Truro went above and beyond to provide us with the correct beds, and then despite property access issues Paul and Reiss were superb and caring to deliver and assemble our beds . Such a pleasure to receive a first class service, along with lovely beds.
