Quick service,salesman took time to explain. Staff knew product well

Having purchased wardrobes form bensons for beds 9 months ago we had a problem with one of the drawers. At the time of purchasing the wardrobes we we're told that they came with a 10 year guarantee that covered everything. They lied, bensons for beds Don't want to fix the problem under the guarantee. So the guarantee is worthless. Don't be fooled shop elsewhere.

I wanted to get the right mattress and that's exactly what I got!! The salesman explained everything clearly to me and I at no point felt hurried.

We do very like this bed .
So we bought other two same beds .
Now my three sons will have same beds.Very good price ,very good quality.Happy customer.

Our mattress was not delivered on the due date, apparently due to a vehicle breakdown! I received a call at 15.39pm to advise of this and when I said we would now be away for a few days, the caller advised that he would need to call the office. I waited for 35 minutes but nothing was received back so I contacted customer service, who tried calling the depot but without success. An email was sent for an update. It was now after 5pm and the only option was to call the Worthing store where we purchased it from and miraculously (following my wife requesting cancellation of the order), we were told that a new delivery date of the 1st of June had been arranged. This is of absolutely no use to us, so we are requesting a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Thank you and needless to say that we will not be visiting Benson’s ever again.
One final item of reference is that I had wrapped up our existing mattress in the ‘Green’ recycling bag as instructed by the assistant who took our original order, ready for collection, so this has now been taken back up the stairs!!
On a more positive note, our experience in store when requesting the refund was both pleasant and very timely - thank you.
