Aaron couldn't possibly have been any


Aaron couldn't possibly have been any more helpful whilst designing the two slates I ordered for my beloved late Dad & Mam's grave and they are absolutely beautiful ❀ I wouldn't hesitate in recommending bespoke gifts and I wish them every success for the future 😊 Thankyou very much again Aaron

Great customer service

Communication throughout the process was great.
There was a slight delay with my product getting dispatched but I got a phone call to explain why there was a delay and my options, did I want to wait, did I want a refund etc. Excellent service

Frame was damaged when received. Requested a replacement and one was sent out.

To say I am Absolutely Delighted with My Order is an understatement. I purchased a Beautiful Family Crest and An Irish Proclamation on slate as a wedding gift.. I and the happy Couple could not believe the Detail and Special touch that was added. I cannot express enough how Friendly Professional and prompt that the delivery was, as I only ordered it 10 days ago. Thank you Louisa and Aaron. Wish you both the Very Best. ☘☘

Amazing Irish business!

I purchased a slate off Bespoke Gifts and it is a beautiful product. Future customers should know that this is a small Irish business and everything is made to order, so there will be a wait time for your product. It is so worth it as the product is, as their name suggests, bespoke! Also, the two owners are very helpful via email or whatsapp, and actually sent videos of my slate being produced while I waited.

Thank you Aaron and Louisa, I will definitely purchase from them again.

Hi, we have checked and we still don't have a order in that name. As requested can you please provide a order number? Or call us directly so we can look into this. I've also noticed your in the USA we are a small Irish based company are you sure you haven't ordered from a different business with a similar name as our business www.bespokegifts.ie has no order from you

Santa treat Board not worth the money

I bought the Santa treat Board and I had it personalised. I thought it was real wood but it's a type of MDF and lacquered. It was smaller than what I had imagined and looked cheap. I would have returned it had I time but it was Christmas week I was too busy over the holiday. I didn't even use it so I will use my dymo sticker and type anither child's name and give it away for free. It would not have even been worth 5, euro. Like a laminated piece of paper on reinforced cardboard of MDF. The.shipping was quick and ordering process easy. Would not purchase from here again unfortunately and I'm a small business owner myself so it pains me to write a negative review of anything

Hi sorry to hear you were unhappy.
We have 2 santa treat boards a solid beech wood and this printed mdf.

The printed mdf are more suitable to families with small children as there easily wiped.

The size you chosen was small and clearly marked on our site so I feel a little unfair in that regards.

Mdf is a composite material so hard wearing and as mentioned its aimed at children which is reflected in the design.

To say our item wouldn't be worth 5euro I think unfair especially when you chose a small version and chose a printed non engraved board.

I would advise against a dynamo label as that will peel and lift unlike our printed design.

You are correct it's printed mdf lacquered for durability I actually believe that's also explained on the product page itself?

Happy new year but to review us 2* based on a product you selected I feel a little unfair given the item received is exactly as described :(
