I tried canceling my order but place phone call after call on hold few hours at a time! Also emailed said it was too late to cancel told me to refuse pkg and I would get a refund. Post office wanted Rtn label you sent me email saying you don’t do Rtn! Your a bogus company and scam people!

I already gave you guys the order number , pictures of the wrong product & you guys said you would not replace it you guys gave me the option to keep the jacket that I don’t want because it’s not what I ordered and refund me $49 or the 2nd option that you guys gave me was for me to keep the wrong colored jacket & then you would give me $49 dollar credit to order something else which was unacceptable & laughable!!! Now you guys reply to my review apologizing telling me to send you all the information that I have already sent you so you can rectify this situation but it’s all talk just to make you guys look good!!!!

This company is absolute trash
This company is absolute trash! Not only did I wait over a month when they promise 5-7days shipping. Missing both birthday and Christmas, causing me to have to purchase a different gift last minute but when I finally got the order they send the completely wrong items. One of the colors was wrong the other was a completely different style not even the brand I had ordered. A complete waste of my money and time. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with my choice to give them a chance. How they can get away with this is a crime.

This business is a fraud. Never received item ordered. While they never responded to any emails for a reshipment or a refund. Buyer Beware! Don't order from this overseas company!

Horrible quality
Horrible quality. Customer service was terrible. They wouldn’t answer the phone and answered my email twice not responding in regards to returning the item. The quality was bad and I mean bad!!! The coat was thin with glue on the sleeve. Worst quality and even worse customer service.

steer clear scam company
Shocking quality not remotely accurate to the photo and trying to return the item is next to impossible they will give you the runaround and never have any intentions of letting you return their rubbish quick update, they gave me the standard reply of contacting the service department (which I did in the first place)and still they put ridiculous obstacles in the way of returning their useless item. their tactics are clearly to delay and frustrate in the hope you give up .though I have learned never to order anything from this type of scam online company's they should be banned from advertising with Facebook etc and reported to advertising standards for misleading the public.

I haven’t received any updates regarding the shipping status of my order. The order status still says “will ship out ASAP” with no estimated timeframe. I placed the order on 12/13/2025, and the status has not changed since then.
