Terrible company, just a scam, they take my money, garantee me the product would be delivered on time, and just dont deliver it. Filling a claim with BBB now, and calling my credit card company to cancel the order.

This company is the worst to deal with, they advertise cheapest prices becasue they come from India without disclosing this information to you. They try to meet the deadline by priority shipping that you pay an arm and a leg for ane eventually don't make it.

I had an event, they confirmed the delivery date and they shipped the items and eventually said the order is complete .. I had to spend over 8 hours on phone calls begging for an answer until finally I get a RUSSEL who is also another worse specimen there.. who after 24 hours of follow up tells me oh there is a 4th tracking number we never gave you and that's only because they wanted the job so they took it anyway, gave me 3 trackings, hid the 4th... then I had to call and beg FedEx who never ade it before the event and we had our booth unbranded due to the unprofessionalism and scam this company plays. I have filed a complaint against them and a claim for.a refund and they did not even BOTHER answer my email asking them for an explanation and a partial refund. I will NEVER work with them again.

This company is a joke and isn’t US based as they claim. All of the “designers” and customer service reps are clearly sitting in a call center in another country. I write this at 2:28AM because 8 hours ago when I spoke to a rep who called me back because you cannot cancel an order with a regular rep, she promised 2-4 hour updates on the designs. speaking of designs? The hire a designer was also a joke. I ended up having to do all of the artwork myself - which I didn’t have time for hence my ordering design services.

Then, as a result of this series of I’m incompetence one of the products wouldn’t even arrive in time and had to be removed. They offered me free expedited shipping but it’s still point less bc they DESIGNS aren’t mocked up to approve! They say that artwork can cause delays after every sentence but fail to mention that they cause the delays.

It’s deceptive marketing and practices and I will be filing complaints and a dispute with my bank.

At this point I am trying to cancel AGAIN and it’s like I’m being held hostage. No miney. No mocks. No product.

And I spent thousands.

Update 9:33 AM- I am now having to wait 4-6 hours for a supervisor call back to cancel the order OR 1-2 hours to wait on the cancellation team. This is insane in that it has gone on for 4 days and created an issue where I do not have time to order with another vendor and they will not return the payment(s).

I am currently on hold waiting to be connected to ANYONE who can make decisions and while doing that the automated system keeps talking about their quick turnaround, their dedicated design team, and customer service. None of which are truth.

Currently holding for 27 minutes and counting...

AND don't get excited about them responding to the reviews fast - they only do that to give the appearance that they have swift service. THEY DO NOT.

I ordered a banner and delivery date was suppose this past Tuesday and now not getting here til the following Tuesday. I've contacted the company multiple times but the don't care at all. They received my money and thats all they care about. Do not use this company! I did email the company several times with absolutely no action taken!!!! You guys are a joke.

This company should not be in the business of printing signs. Do not believe the self proclaimed accolades about referals, repeat business, and expert design team. I needed a professionally shot black & white photo enlarged and mounted on foam core. After weeks of having to chase down a proof, I approved what looked like the photo only to receive a print that was literally green. when I complained, I was told that this was in an 'acceptable' range of color distortion. I was promised this would be rectified but apparently they are unable to correctly print a b/w photo and opted to refund my money. Polite people but not in any way experts. They apologize for the frustration, mishandling, etc, but just don't get it right in the end. Go elsewhere.

When I placed the order, delivery date was Apr-3.
After the order was shipped, it was changed to Apr-4. It arrived on Apr-7. The wedding took place on Apr-4…!
They never communicated it was shipped from India(!). Shipping times to the US, even with expedite shipping, are impossible.
They also refused to reimburse me anything. They slapped me with the small print: “89% probability of on-time as stated on T&C”

Great service, excellent prices, custom flags as desired, reasonable shipping, fast turn around times.

I have been working with Best of Signs for about 5 years now and they always are great.

Wish I could put zero stars. Their excuse for awful quality work was “based on the shipping method selected”. So I paid for faster delivery and received a worst result. I was happy with my first purchased and they ruined their costumer service by not helping resolve the issue besides an apology, a sad excuse and a 15% “store credit”. So I have to repay for another awful banner print to resolve the issue. Oh and if you want to fix their installment issue they have a video for you to watch too because they don’t check how to properly install the banners before they ship.

This company is deceptive listing their address as Georgia when in reality the signs ship from India. I paid for priority overnight shipping thinking it was shipping from the US. The shipment was supposedly guaranteed to arrive to me by Tuesday. I needed it by Thursday so I felt this gave me a buffer. When it still hadn't arrived by Wednesday,I called and was told the shipment was delayed and would arrive by Friday. My son's senior night was Thursday so Friday did me no good. Very sad and disappointed. When I stated this, I was offered a refund on my shipping only - a total of $35. I told the guy that I would have no need for these signs on Friday as the event would be over and I never would have ordered them had I known they wouldn't arrive in time. He said all he could do was refund the shipping. Then an hour later, I got an email stating that they were only going to refund me a portion of my shipping fees - $20. When I studied the tracking information I saw that the shipment originated in India not Georgia!! They sold me overnight shipping which is a joke because of course a shipment from India will not arrive overnight. Very very sad and frustrated.

I've been doin business wit Best of Signs for many years. Their prices are great, service is great and customer service is great. highly recommend them.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order with the expectation that it would be completed and delivered on time, especially since I paid a premium expedited overnight shipping fee. However, not only was my order not completed or even started, but no one from production or customer support communicated that there would be any delays or issues with meeting the promised delivery deadline.

I trusted that paying for expedited shipping would ensure a fast and reliable service. Instead, I was left in the dark. It wasn’t until I proactively checked on the status of my order that I learned it was delayed. At that point, it was already too late to adjust my plans. The lack of proactive communication from both production and customer support was extremely frustrating. Had they simply notified me about the delay or potential issue, I could have made other arrangements or adjusted my expectations accordingly.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the reliability of this service, especially when paying extra for expedited shipping. If you are considering placing an order here and expect timely delivery, be prepared for the possibility that your order might not even be started, let alone delivered on time. The lack of transparency and accountability in handling this situation was simply unacceptable.

I also question if the 4.5 Star reviews they advertise on their website is real considering this will be the second time I have had issues with Best of Signs
