The ITIL foundation training was great and exciting experience. The instructor presentation skills, appearance, and explanation were three most important things of this training as it allowed us to pick up things very quickly even for beginners and all of us achieved great results.
However I wouldn't recommend any companies to run this training on a tight schedule as we had. Our training lasted three days including the final exam on the third day. It was our organisation to be blamed. I think the importance of the training is very high especially for IT field people as you can clearly see things where are wrong on your Organisation.
I can tell that I'm already charged with new information and Im ready to recommend a change on my organisation.
In addition to this i would strongly recommend this Company to anyone.

Richard Webber who came in to train myself and another colleague was absolutely brilliant. I was feeling apprehensive about ITIL after studying the course on my own during the summer. Richard settled my nerves and helped me feel ready to take the exam. I actually enjoyed doing the exam because the training session made me feel confident that I understood ITIL. I've used Best Practice Training for a number of training requirements over the past few years - primarily PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile and software testing.

Every time, they supplied a trainer with not only excellent technical knowledge of the subject but a real passion for the subject. The trainers didn't teach only the theory, they didn't teach the minimum to pass an exam. They taught me how to use the knowledge in real situations.

Without fail, if the question is "Would I recommend them?" the answer is a wholehearted "Yes!"

BPT were very helpful in arranging training at my site, with experienced tutors for all the courses they ran (Prince2 and ITIL).
The courses were excellent, the staff were very happy, and the results were very good.

It was a very insightful introduction to Prince2. The host was fantastic with explaining the content and kept the energy levels up!

Course was great. Well laid out and structured and the tutor was very impressive. Work load was tough but required for the large amount of information delivered in one week.

I attended on a PRINCE 2 practitioner training in Canterbury, I had a lot of questions when I applied and they were really helpful and flexible. The training was excellent, good environment, good teacher, provided all the facilities, well-prepared. Absolutely worth the money. If you put your energy in too, with their help it's 100% that you'll pass the exams.

In some challenging conditions, Richard managed to keep delegates engaged and motivated and used several techniques to make extremely dry content interesting. 1st class

Having no insight into ITIL previously, it was very enjoyable to have a trainer so knowledgeable on the subject. It makes such a difference when the training is conversational style, anecdotal and engaging, thank you.

Great Prince2 training. Highly recommend. Course well structured and excellent tutor.

As a contractor I needed the course to cover the practical aspects of Project Management as well as provide a good overview of exam technique and I got all of that from this course run by Best Practice. Booking was simple and the course ran with 5 people on it and a very experienced trainer. It's an intensive course and a tough 5 days with two exams but I made it through successfully. Great lunch facilities as part of the course at the Portsmouth location and all for a good price, what more could you ask for? Very satisfied.
