DO NOT USE THIS CASINO. There are plenty of legitimate, safe, and regulated online casinos out there, but Betalright is absolutely not one of them.

1. Held My Money Hostage: It took them over three weeks of constant fighting just to pay out the money that I rightfully won. For weeks, customer service gave me nothing but the runaround. To make it worse, they had their "account manager" goons calling my personal phone aggressively trying to bribe me with bonuses to cancel my withdrawal so I would gamble it back.

2. Refusing Account Closure / Endless Harassment: I formally requested my account to be closed and my data purged weeks ago. They claimed they would do it, but they didn’t. Every single week I get a call from a predatory sales agent trying to offer me free spins. It is an endless, exhausting loop where they completely ignore explicit, legal data-deletion requests just to keep harassing you.

3. Fake Licensing & Fake Domains: This company is incredibly shady. They operate a web of random dummy domains to boost their online presence and obscure their track record. Do not believe any fine print claiming they are backed by reputable regulatory bodies like the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority). They are NOT. They operate out of unregulated offshore havens with zero oversight.

4. CAUGHT RED-HANDED SELLING CUSTOMER DATA: If you sign up here, expect a flood of scam texts and phishing emails. I know for a fact that Betalright’s employees are leaking or selling player information because I intentionally spell my name slightly differently on every single website I join to track who sells my data. The exact unique variation I used only for Betalright is now being targeted by automated spam bots and SMS scammers.

They are a predatory, dishonest, cowboy operation from top to bottom. Save your money, save your sanity, and stay far away from these clowns.

Has been 5 days still this website looks like is a scam they are not paying me I won,be careful if anyone decides to play here avoid as much as you can.already I am reporting them in I gaming Ontario.

Je partage mon expérience personnelle. J’ai rencontré de grandes difficultés pour retirer mon argent. Mon retrait a été annulé 7 fois sans explication claire. Finalement, j’ai reçu un virement bancaire, mais cela a pris plus d’un mois.
La communication a été compliquée et le processus très stressant. Je suis profondément déçu par la gestion de ma demande.
Je conseille aux autres utilisateurs de bien se renseigner avant d’utiliser cette plateforme.

Es ist ein absoluter Betrug. Sie zahlen nichts aus, stornieren deine Abhebungen nach 5 Tagen mit technischen Problemen beim Zahlungsanbieter, da dieser es abgelehnt habe, die Zahlung entgegen zu nehmen. Meine Bank wusste von nichts. Also habe ich es über Banktransfer versucht. Ebenfalls vergebens. Beim Nachfragen was da los sei, meldete sich niemand mehr und weil sie merkten, dass ich nicht spiele und warte bis was ausbezahlt wird, war mein Konto heute einfach gelöscht, ich bekam nicht einmal eine Nachricht deswegen. Beim Live-Support, als ich mit einem neuen Account nachfragte warum wieso.. Chat beendet. Guthaben in der Höhe von 7100 Franken weg. Finger weg von dieser Seite, ist genau derselbe Scam wie Sportuna, absolut identische Angebote und Aufbau der Seite. Wer wirklich save wetten will, geht an die grossen Anbieter, da klappt dann auch alles reibungslos und man wird nicht ewigs hingehalten, vertröstet und belogen. Wirklich hochkriminell und organisiert die Truppe, skrupellos

Support blocked me because I was asking for my 1,500 euros. But when I send an anonymous email, they respond within the hour.
Don't play on this site; they won't pay, and in the end, you'll play again and lose everything. I play on pirate sites like dream.bet and legendplay. I've always been paid.
Plus, they don't have licenses; I checked.
Voilà je reviens vers vous. Il ne m'ont jamais payé. Je me suis renseigné. Ils n'ont pas les fonds pour payer les gagnants. Et ils n'ont pas assez de clients suite à plein de problème de paiement. Le support m'a bloqué parce que je demandais mes 1500 euro. Mais quand j'envoie un mail anonyme, ils me répondent dans l'heure.
Ne jouez pas sur ce site, ils ne payeront pas et au final vous allez rejouer et tout perdre. Je joue sur des sites pirates comme dream.bet et legendplay. J'ai toujours été payé.
En plus , ils n'ont pas de licences, j'ai vérifié.

Extreme warning about using this website . I requested my account to be closed and was assured that my funds were being sent to my bank -and have chat evidence to confirm . Subsequently when my money didn’t arrive I was informed that money has been confiscated due to account closure . In any right mind why would anyone forfeit their balance and give over to the casino . I emailed their support and complaints department and have just been ignored repeatedly . This casino is part of a large group and is to be avoided as concurring with other reviews below they seek to withhold money and are deceitful and dishonest . I don’t write reviews but felt this was the only way of warning others

Total scam. They just don't pay your withdrawals.
All the answers from the customer service is just to postpone the payment but after several businesses days they don't send me the withdraw money.

Absolute worst betting site i've ever used. I deposited €200 with a bonus they had for matching deposit, and then without telling me, they instantly locked my bet amount to €5.... i attempted to withdraw the 200 i put in and when i couldn't and complained, was told I have to bet the deposit amount before I could withdraw... I had to cancel the signup bonus to be able to use my deposit and not be limited to 5 euro bets, which i had to do or i'd have been there for ages, and still couldn't withdraw... so I decided to put €20 bets on roulette 10x times to get to the €200 staked and be able to withdraw it, statistcally I should have come out with about 180 euro after winning 4-5 games and losing 5-6... i proceeded to lost 10 games in a row when i bet on black every time... red came up... 10 TIMES IN A ROW... a 0.2% event occured that took all of my money right after i complained, i call absolute crookery!
