Zach on customer service is an absolutely bad employee and very rude and unhelpful.

By far the the worst and most crooked bookies in Australia. BetNation same people so steer clear.
If you have a good run and actually win some of your bets, they cook up claims of fraudulent use and will take all your money from your account. I just don’t understand how they are allowed to operate in Australia.

Most disgusting betting app in the country. No promos, hardly anything good to punt on. Customer service is beyond disgusting. Deposits can takes hours and withdrawals take days!!! I placed a bet on a race in chilli and it took 8 hours to show the results but Sportsbet and 365 had it up within seconds. They just hang up on customers when they are done with you: no promotions to anyone. Never use this app, it’s fkt up

Never again. Deceptive promotions that are seeming available to you right now and them the terms and conditions say otherwise!

Today I had a $50w bet on a New Zealand Race, my bet was succesful however Bet Duluxe refuses to pay out the $220 won, just a refund given after I contacted them asking why why my bet was still pending. The reason given was the race had been abandoned - the is a complete lie, the race was run and resulted. The call centre Rep Natalie was horrbile to deal with, and refused any requests to talk to another person, team leader or manager. I have screenshots of both my account and also the resulted race (Not Abandoned as they said) I am 100% disgusted with Bet Deluxe. I would have no problem if they refunded the bet before the race , but to do it about an hour after the race has run is totally dishonest and disgusting.

terrible site and customer service especially some imbecile called Jack who acts as both their customer service agent and ‘manager’. Have lodged complaints with the regulators.

Also terrible range as they barely have any sports to wager on. Avoid this thrash like the plague.

Keep your money and run.
These guys are a scam and target problem gamblers.
They don’t respond to emails and treat you like a dog once your no longer blowing all your money on their website.
They don’t follow their licensing requirements by Racing Victoria and the VGCCC is currently investigating them.
