I have been using this platform for several months with regular deposits and normal betting activity (around MXN $600 per bet).

At first, everything worked fine — deposits and some withdrawals were processed.

However, my experience changed significantly:

My account was suddenly heavily limited, even on highly liquid markets such as ATP tennis and international football. Betting limits dropped to extremely low amounts (sometimes MXN $20–50).

On March 17, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of MXN $3,000.
It has now been over 2 months, and the withdrawal is still pending.

My account remains active and shows a balance of over MXN $24,000.

I have contacted support multiple times, but I only receive generic responses like:

“Your request has been escalated”
“Please wait for updates via email”

No explanation or timeline has been provided.

Additionally, I continue receiving VIP promotional emails encouraging me to deposit more money, while my withdrawal remains unresolved.

This situation raises serious concerns about how withdrawals are handled.

Worst bet platform. They give me $200 cashback when I won 12k they void 10k and said I can only take 2k. It took me one week to make all that. I talk to the chat live everyday but no one mentioned anything like. I was In Shock

Would give 0 stars if I could. I made some sportsbets on their website in late 2024 to early 2025 and have been waiting to receive my payout for over a year now. Every time I try contacting them they say another department is reviewing my account and refuse to give a timeline of how long that will take. Withdrawal blocked with no explanation – account “under investigation” indefinitely

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this platform.

On March 11th, I requested a withdrawal of BRL 3,500 in cryptocurrency. Since then, the withdrawal has remained pending with no progress.

When I contacted support, I was told that my account is “under investigation by the risk team”, but:

* No reason was provided
* No evidence was presented
* No timeframe was given

Additionally, I still have more than BRL 3,900 in my account, which I am now unable to withdraw due to this indefinite “investigation”.

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional. Holding a user’s funds without explanation or deadline is not acceptable under any fair gaming standard.

After researching, I found that many other users report the exact same issue: withdrawals delayed or blocked under vague “risk investigations”.

This appears to be a pattern rather than an isolated case.

If this situation is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to Curaçao eGaming authorities and continue reporting this case on public platforms.

At this point, I cannot recommend this site to anyone.

Be very careful before depositing money here.

Hello Beautiful people!! It has been more than 3 months since December 10, 2025 when I tried to withdrawal 3000$ to my account. Trust me I have done everything that possible but still no one has reach out to me or try to help me with the process.
