My Granddaughter has reached the…
My Granddaughter has reached the Academy and she is so proud that’s she got this far. And the staff have a lot of patience with Leila.We have just been told recently that’s Leila had ADHD . But that’s does not put her of swimming. Yours kind regards Debra Broyd.

Please give the rowing machines a good service (the pull chain is not smooth) and a detailed clean.

Poor cleanliness, poor organisation and lack of staff presence
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The gym is often untidy, with weights left scattered across the floor and equipment not returned to the correct places. Many machines and functional training areas appear dirty and are not cleaned regularly.
There are also frequent trip hazards due to equipment being left around, which raises safety concerns. On several occasions, there was no visible staff member available on the gym floor to assist members or monitor the facilities.
The gym has good potential, but standards of cleanliness, organisation, maintenance and staff presence need significant improvement.
Humans pay a membership fee expecting a gym, not an archaeological dig through abandoned dumbbells and dust. A little housekeeping would go a long way

I've been coming to this gym now for over 2 years and I've been impressed with the offerings they have.
The team are very welcoming and friendly and will go above and beyond to help.
Certainly impressed with the new additions to the gym lately especially the new gym upstairs.

Swimming teacher was great
Pool is ok - good to have a children's pool
Changing rooms should be cleaner and post swim showers are dribbles
The booking accounts are so much more complicated than they should be and than at competitors, particularly for families.

A good variety of fitness classes and quality equipment at the gym. :) I would just suggest more equipment for legs, as they get busy sometimes.

My referral for the gym was dealt with promptly by Jody Dennant, at the Referral desk in the sport centre, who was my first point of contact, and later by Keith Richardson who followed and set up the membership, and thanks to him the whole process went swiftly and smoothly.
Finally, thanks to Zanesha at the Chelsea sport centre Reception for being helpful and informative when she issued my membership.

Disgusting!!!
I use this swimming pool as it is close to work so I can pop along before work.
I started going before COVID and it has always been looking in need of repair but I put all that down to the age of the building but ever since COVID has finished the pool sides and bottom are dirty and I mean DIRTY,you can see a green film on the bottom and sides I have mentioned it to the staff but they just ‘thank you’ and walk away,as I said I go there before work so I go in at 6:30 when it first opens and when I have finished to have my shower there are hairs all on the side of the showers,so they are either not cleaning at night before they shut or not even bothering when they open,disgusting.
