We are also thrilled to learn that Patti made such a positive impression as your child’s instructor and that your child had an enjoyable lesson. It is always our goal to provide a welcoming and effective learning environment for all participants.

On another note, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by having wet feet after needing to remove your shoes to enter the changing area. We understand how uncomfortable that can be. To make your future visits more pleasant, we encourage you to bring along some flip-flops or sliders. This way, you can easily transition into the changing area without any discomfort.

I am very sorry to hear this. Please be aware that we offer refunds under the 14-day cooling-off period if you have purchased the wrong membership and wish to cancel. However, depending on the membership type you have purchased will depend on whether we are able to make the changes on your behalf. If we are unable to assist you with the changes you would be able to request a refund so you can re-join again online for the correct membership type. If you require further assistance please let me know so I can look into this further on your behalf and let you know your options.
