Absolutely brilliant gym
Absolutely brilliant gym! The staff are so warm and welcoming, and Harriet and Darren are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere where you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. They have all the equipment you could want—including all the cardio equipment I need —and the space is always kept immaculately clean.

Great gym with a really welcoming atmosphere. The club is always clean and well maintained, and the equipment is solid. The manager does a great job running the place and you can tell the team genuinely cares about members. Classes are well organised, varied, and led by knowledgeable instructors. Overall, a great gym in Teddington — highly recommended

Excellent gym!
Having attended this particular gym on a number of occasions both on my own and with family members, I can’t speak highly enough of the cleanliness and the welcome we always receive from the management team and the rest of the staff.
Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join a gym or fancies a change in the New Year.

I went to BetterGym in Teddington and attended a Spin class run by Eleanor! Such a smiley and positive lady, she is encouraging and made me feel very welcome in the session! Looking forward to attending another!

The staff at Better Gym are so friendly…
The staff at Better Gym are so friendly and welcoming. The gym has great facilities including a sauna which is a lovely perk after a workout. I particularly enjoy their body pump class with Eleanor! She is fantastic and I feel so motivated and fab afterwards.

My gym only offered one induction a…
My gym only offered one induction a week, in the evening. I want to train in the morning so that's just not convenient. It's a pity they haven't got enough staff to offer more convenient options. They sent a reminder about the next direct debit and that prompted me to cancel. But of course they need 20 days to cancel, which meant they're taking an extra month's subscription. It seems a bit sneaky to me.

Please be adviced that for cancellation we do require a 20 days notice. Before your next direct debt is due, to cancel your in time.

Really good gym and equipment. All staff are super friendly. The circuits class is really positive and inclusive, Adam, Shak and Andrea do a great job teaching.

Great gym
Great gym! Prices are fab and the £30 for the 6 week taster sessions got me back into the gym!
Personal trainers are so helpful, chatty and friendly.
Helps that my PT Adam, also runs classes so there’s always consistency during the week.
All the staff really take the time to get to know you and just all in all a lovely place to workout!

Not just Better Gym, but the BEST gym
Away from home and away from my usual gym for a week visiting my daughters in Teddington and Twickenham. Decided to book sessions at Better Gym.
What can I say!
A massive shout out to all the staff who work out of the Teddington branch. In particular, Dan and Shack. They are so friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Booked three sessions during the week including a lovely sauna on the third visit.
Great place and I know where to go now when next I’m down in London.

Getting strength and gym confidence post birth
Refurb is great, and the staff & instructors are brilliant. I have been going to classes there over a couple of years, especially Eleanors Power Pump classes before pregnancy. Because of her encouragement, and explanations of technique in class, I re joined her classes post birth. I didn't think I could build up strength again, and really needed motivation and self belief, which thankfully I gained in her classes, enough to build myself back up!

A welcoming gym for all ages and abilities
I’ve been a member of Better gym in Teddington for many years. The recent refurbishment has made it look great and there’s some new equipment too. I like that the gym welcomes all ages and abilities. A shout out too to my personal trainer Andy, who is particularly good at supporting the more mature gym members (like me!) and tailoring exercises to individual goals or needs.
