Better - Hatfield Leisure Centre レビュー 

My contact at the leisure centre was very good. Took time to get to know me, listening and took time to explain what her recommendations were. Facilities looked well maintained and created a pleasant environment. All staff I came into contact with were very professional.

My 1st visit to the gym under the Healthwise programme it was brilliant a great start for me. Staff are really friendly and the gym is lovely.

Cleanliness and maintenance is why I chose to give 3 stars on this occasion. The floors are often dirty looking as do the shower cubicles. There always seems to be something broken. From the steam room to the showers small shelf. One of the jacuzzis hasn’t worked for the 10months I’ve been I member nor the aromatherapy cubicle, if that’s what it is. On a positive note small issues tend to be repaired fairly promptly and staff always have an update when asking.

I booked online to take my grandson to the children’s splash pool at Hatfield 4weeks ago, when we arrived and got changed we then found out the pool was out of order, I asked for a refunded but the pool attendant said I had to fill out an refund form online, which I did!! I was sent a generic email back from Better saying they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours which never happened,I then phoned to be told if I hadn’t heard back to call again which I shouldn’t have to do, I then received a email asking me to reply to an email which I didn’t get I then sent another email asking again for my refund, which I’m waiting to hear back…
This is such a terrible way to treat a customer it’s only £11.75 but I’m not going to let this go …..

Friendly staff clean and efficient

Cindy is an amazing instructor – knowledgeable, motivating, and full of positive energy. She gives personal attention to everyone and creates such a supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
A special thank you to Rebecca as well – she’s always happy to answer our questions and guide my son and me through exercises when we’re unsure. We really appreciate her support.

Wonderful facilities and great staff.
We went on a Saturday with 5 children varying in age from 18 months to 12 years, to try and burn some energy off on the huge inflatable in the sports hall. The children had a great time, with added Christmas activities such as glitter tattoos and painting tree ornaments. So much fun we struggled to get them off the inflatable. The venue was spotlessly clean, staff on hand were friendly and welcoming. It's in a great location and there is also a room that can be hired for birthday parties. Plenty of parking too. Thoroughly recommended.

Really impressed with the staff at this site. Becca really really helpful with helping me come up with workout routines and what works for me. Guy on the front desk, prajwal really welcoming and friendly. Manager on shift brad seemed to have great relationship with people he worked with which helped the place have a great atmosphere

Done a fantastic circuit training class and becca the instructor was amazing.encouraging me to push myself and found her advice very helpful and loved the way it was all set out.well done becca looking forward to doing more circuit training classes.

Becca makes the gym such a great environment, always encouraging and supportive. You guys are lucky to have such good staff

Amazing centre with some incredible fitness instructors. The classes are my favourite part.
Becca’s circuits and core classes are incredible. I have built so much strength in those classes working with her. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too

Cindy’s circuits were really fantastic. My balance and overall strength noticeably improved each class. Her boxfit class is one of my favourite classes with an amazing community as well. Really friendly knowledgeable and helpful instructor.

Sam has some absolutely brutal and amazing group cycle classes. Super friendly and encouraging.

We went over the weekend with the kids, the kids absolutely loved the big inflatable and want to go back they had so much fun. The staff were really nice and welcoming, they had Christmas activities on for the kids which they also really enjoyed. Manager was really welcoming and came round to check everything was going well, also it was really clean and tidy, the lady's toilets and changing rooms were spotless.

Amazing birthday party!
We booked the inflatable zone for a birthday party and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dealing with Natasha to organise this was a dream, she was so helpful and patient in answering all my questions. On the day, the staff were just incredible, from getting us organised and helping out and supervising on the inflatables. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great with all the children. The party room was clean and well laid out. Everything was just seamless from start to finish. The staff on the day are an absolute credit to the leisure centre! Thank you once again everyone!

I've booked a birthday party at the Inflatable Zone Hatfield for my 9-year-old. It was perfectly split into a jumping session and then food/cake in private room. The place is clean, staff - just fantastic!! Massive thanks to all but hats off to Matthew who was doing glitter tattoos on the day (as part of their Open Day). It couldn't have been easy doing it for 15 kids with multiple requests. We come back there every now and then for some playtime.

Couldn’t wish to find a really relaxed training atmosphere.

Friendly staff and great facilities.

Me and the family visited recently for the Inflatable Zone. We were unsure what to expect but the kids had so much fun. This is the second time we've been and we will be back.

On Saturday October 4th. I went with my son & daughter in law & 4 grandchildren, one of which is a 12 year old non verbal autistic boy.
He loved the Fun Zone, so much so he didn’t want to leave. We have strategies in place to help him communicate & have now & next for activities but he wasn’t having it as wanted to stay. My son was
Working with him but he went into a meltdown & refused to move, there was no pressure from staff which helped enormously.
A member of your staff came when I asked for help, Matthew your member of staff did not hesitate & was calm, he immediately placed himself on the floor in front of my grandson & signed Makaton that the session was finished. First of all my grandson threw his shoes but with my son signing Finished & Matthew reinforcing it with a calm & Caring manor at all times, my grandson got up & we were able to leave with him, by which time he was happy & calm.
To have a member of staff who is able to communicate & act as Matthew did is such a great asset to have. I trained to teach Makaton & know how invaluable it is to have such skills & awareness of inclusivity, so was very grateful to see inclusion at the centre.

The Hatfield Leisure Centre team (especially Gemma their healthwise co-ordinator) were amazing, the Centre equipment is up to date, with visual diagrams on how to use the machines, and staff are willing to give demonstrations if asked. They've also got a dedicated motorised movement machine gym for those with limited mobility and movement/ strength, again with instructions for use and the muscles the machine works. In 12 weeks I've gone from being unable to walk a flight of stairs without stopping, to going up with being out of breath.
