When I was back in England I used to come to the swimming pool a lot and noticed a young man at the desk. Very helpful I think his name was Lewis? Quite a charming young lad too!

Exception service from Lewis every Wednesday’s on reception. Felt very welcomed. He's customer service was exceptional.

Valentina at the track was very helpful. Great customer service and very polite. Track is always clean .

I visit the Hillingdon Leisure Centre very regularly for gym, classes and pool. A very clean and well looked after leisure centre, lots of facilities and friendly staff.

Owen from the Hillingdon Better leisure centre, was super helpful and made the changes to my account within minutes.

I've always trusted this swimming pool. The lido is amazing when summer is around and is warm when winter is cold.

Owen at reception especially is an absolute legend. You've got an amazing staff member with him. That doesn't mean the rest aren't legends either.

5/5 swimming wise. But it's a bit expensive for gym and swimming though.

Hillington Sort Centre is more than just a gym is a massive complex and ever the fussiest members will find something for themself. Huge 50 meters swimming pool with working sauna and steam room, lots of classes. But most important thing very happy and helpful staff.
Guy on reception ( Lewis) very patient and calmy explained me why cant book classes :) very professional. Gym is always clean with light good music at the background.

Today I was having trouble trying to book a sauna session through my better app. Owen was so very helpful, he sorted my problem for me and saved me being charged 6 pounds. Very nice and helpful. Great customer service.

I came to Hillingdon Leisure Centre as I wanted to look into some gym membership options. I spoke with a young man named Lewis at the reception and he was very helpful and informative, and very patient in explaining to me how the gym membership and concessions work. I enrolled my two boys (3 and 5 at the time) into the swimming lessons and have been really impressed with how much they’ve improved and grown in confidence over the last year. The teachers are gentle and kind and they’re not pushy at all, and my boys now love the water and have tons of confidence in swimming pools on holidays.

Great place for a family swimming. Our son loves to come to Hillingdon Leisure Centre. Well organised and clean, very reasonable prices.

Hi I have been here so many times with my friend right and one of your workers is really rude he said this is not a waiting area you don’t ask someone to leave I would never bring my child/children here nobody has said whenever me and my friend have been here

I recently signed up my 6-year-old and 4-year-old for swimming, and I have to say, Wendy and Joe were absolutely fantastic. They were spot-on in terms of their community spirit, customer focus, and understanding my needs. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and wonderful service really stood out, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you, Wendy and Joe, for making it such a positive experience for my kids and me!

Both my children attend swimming lesons here. All the staff are friendly and welcoming especially the swim lead Wendy.

My eldest child who is 6 has been attending since he was 4 months old and when he moved up to the bigger pool without me in the water he really struggled with the change but with the support and encouragement from the swim teachers he loves come every week and has progressed very well.

My younger child has been attending swimbies since he was 8 months old (with me in the water) we both really enjoy it. The play based teaching really engages the younger children and watching their confidence grow is incredible.

Swimming is such an important life skill to learn and I would 100% recommend the Swim-school.

Girls been swimming at Uxbridge leisure centre since 2022. We can't be more happy and satisfied with the care and support given to our kids. From day one Wendy has been really helpful and always there to sort out any issues with rebooking the lessons or change the time. Joe and Charlotte always provide the progressive report for the girls and can't thank them enough for their support and training.
We have recommended swimming lessons to our friends and family and even at girls school all their friends have joined swimming at Uxbridge. A huge thanks to a friendly staff

The centre itself is clean, well-maintained, and has great facilities. I appreciate how the lessons are structured, focusing on building both skill and confidence in the water. We have been brining our children here for 6.5 years, and what can I say, awesome. From Wendy the lead teacher all they way down each teacher is dedicated to delivering the best for each child, the progress when the are ready not just when parents want them to progress. Each child is challenged every session and are developed as great swimmers.

I have been bringing my children here for a few years now, starting with the eldest and then gradually adding their siblings. They have excelled so much and love coming to their swimming lessons every week. Friends have even moved their children from more expensive classes after hearing how quickly my children have progressed and are equally as pleased with the progress.
Wendy is brilliant and always helps and finds a way to accommodate any changes I have requested and the instructors are great with all the kids.
We've also tried the crash courses in the holidays before and they are fantastic. Really helped with my daughter when she started as she was a little afraid of the water.
Would highly recommend!
