I’d recommend reaching out to our customer support team with the details of your case so they can look into the specific rejection of your evidence and investigate the account issue as well. It could be a technical glitch with the system showing the wrong date or an issue with account linkage. We want to make sure you’re able to book and attend without any further delays. We completely understand your frustration regarding the late cancellation fee, especially when your intention was to make space for someone else to attend. Our goal is to always maintain transparency, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we work on improving communication around our cancellation policy. The terms and conditions regarding online bookings are stated online, however we understand if this was not made immediately clear to you.
We do appreciate your commitment to our community and understand that circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly. We’ll look into better ways to inform members about our policies at the time of booking, so you won’t be caught off guard in the future.

We are pleased you are enjoying the centre and are sorry that you have difficulty booking on to classes.

We feel that the four hours is a reasonable amount of time to cancel as we have to be able to offer this slot to those who are waiting and give them enough time to see that a space is available and potentially have to move around their plans to attend.

Thank you for your review.

I have checked your account and can see you are on a UK membership.

With this membership, you are able to use any of our centres UK-wide so if a particular activity is unavailable you can use other centres or activities.

You also have access to 7 days advance booking as a member.

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear you were not aware of the non-attendance fee, this does form part of the terms and conditions you have to agree to when becoming a member.

If you cancel less than four hours before a class is due to begin or book and do not turn up you will incur a penalty fee.

These are there to discourage customers from booking and then not attending which prevents other customers from participating.
