I had an issue with log in details…
I had an issue with log in details after taking a new membership.
I’d forgotten i already had a password si i confused the system and couldnt book into any activities.
Colleague at my local centre was so helpful and helped me resolve issue and got me up and running

I recently refurbished building you…
I’m shocked that this leisure centre was recently refurbished because it already looks like it’s falling apart. The showers are appalling—pipes are literally coming off the walls, and there’s no hot water, which seems to be a recurring issue. It’s completely unacceptable for a facility that people are paying to use.
As for activities, the place is seriously lacking, especially for children. There’s hardly anything on offer—no structured sports for all kids, and no proper facilities for younger children. A leisure centre should cater to the whole community, but this one seems to neglect families entirely.
The overall standard is poor, and it doesn’t feel like a place that cares about its users. If this is what a “refurbished” facility looks like, then serious questions need to be asked about how it was done. Would not recommend until major improvements are made.

Good facilities and value
A Good variety of equipment & a calm environment for older people to exercise in , good choice of classes though maybe not repeated enough to cater for the demand . Excellent pool area & a cafe for post exercise relaxation .

I play walking football and pickleball…
I play walking football and pickleball 3 days a week at two different Better centres and have a top time the staff are very nice the place is clean there is good parking. You can book through the app great service.

When you can’t have a decent shower after your swim it’s disappointing.. Llanishen showers are terrible

Swimming Lessons
My 4 year old has only had 2 swimming lessons so far but I’m really happy. He’s really enjoying them and I love the regular assessments and the progress reports

Good customer service. Delivering what's been sold.
I don't like a gym usually but having been a referral from UHW and attending their 6 week physio session which I have hugely benefitted from thought I would carry on. The pool was an added bonus as also thought it would be good for recovery.
The reception staff are particularly helpful, nothing too much trouble. Good Reception staff is key to making you feel more relaxed.

Lovely receptionist helped me to join the centre. I am really enjoying the swimming pool first thing in the morning, the other members are very friendly too.
