Kindly note that we are willing to waive a penalty charge if you cannot attend due to unexpected circumstances. In the future, please consult the reception staff at the centre if you receive a penalty charge for such reasons, so they can help you with its removal.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear of the above issues you experienced at the Olympia Leisure Centre Spa. Mobile phones should not be used in the Spa area due to privacy so if you see customers with the mobile phone you can bring this to the attention of the Spa staff and they will address this with the customers concerned.

I am very sorry to hear that the Spa soap and shampoo dispensers are usually empty when you attend. I will pass on your feedback to the attention of the Spa manager so this can be investigated and resolved for future visits.
