I really enjoy this gym and the nice atomosphere the only thing I would recommend would be to get a AB machine and stair master as these are what I live to use in the gym and I have been told by others that they wish there was one too.

Superb and friendly gym
A superb gym, the instructors are all outstanding, and really human - if that makes sense.

You've got a great staff team and a wonderful community resource which is looked after very well (unlike some other local leisure centres that could be named). They are clearly proud of where they're working and they've done a great job in helping me settle into the place. The only downside is your app: it's clunky, confusing and doesn't offer anything like an easy customer experience. You could really do with getting that sorted.

Great once it was sorted
Found website difficult and confusing and ended up paying twice and setting up a direct debit I didn’t want! Luckily when I went for a swim the guys at reception at NK in Lincoln were brilliant, friendly and helpful and sorted everything out for me 👍

Messed up our membership sign up which…
Messed up our membership sign up which created a week of hassle.
I think for the size of the gym, the price is high! I think around £28 is fair

Have recently rejoined to use the pool. First session back the entrance scanner doesn't register the code as the phone doesn't fit well into the scan area. The first 2 cubicles I went in had broken door locks. Shower room door was stiff to open and close. Other than that all fine. Would recommend some maintenance. Pool was very clean 👌

Awful customer service
Went to take our 2 month old swimming for the first time, found guidelines say pool must be a minimum of 31 degrees.
They couldn’t tell us the pool temp before going in and then we find out their pool is only 29.5 degrees.
They then found every reason not to give us a refund despite the fact they didn’t offer us a receipt and we came out 20 minutes later to the same person that took the money off us.
Disgraceful

Lots of machines and helpful staff.
The enrolment was easy, the staff gave helpful information and advice. There plenty of exercise stations to cover everyone's needs.

Children’s swimming lessons
Children’s swimming lessons !
I booked swimming lessons for my children here after our last gym stopped providing lessons
My children were confident and could swim from side to side of the pool with a noodle my older child could also swim unaided but after starting here they went totally backwards there wasn’t a lot of encouragement from the teacher, the children were waking across the pool instead of swimming . I raised my concerns with the teacher and reception staff but was told they do things differently here ! I’ve cancelled all 3 children’s lessons here and have decided to go elsewhere.
