We are very sorry to hear that the access gates do not work when you try to use them at the Southgate Leisure Centre. Please speak to a Duty Manager at the centre so they can investigate to see why you are unable to sign in using your device. If they are unable to assist you they will refer this issue to our IT Team to investigate further.

We hope you are enjoying the facilities and activities at the centre.

Thank you for your feedback.

We are delighted to learn of your daughter's enjoyment of the swimming lessons at the Southgate Leisure Centre and the positive experience with our friendly and welcoming instructors. If you wish for your child to participate in more than one lesson per week, it is necessary to acquire an additional membership, as each membership entitles the participant to only one lesson per week.

We hope your daughter continues to enjoy her swimming lessons at the Southgate Leisure Centre.

The price you pay is not just for one lesson a week, you also can swim outside of your lesson at the centre you are attending for no extra charge during Swim for all sessions.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear that your daughter was not happy with the facilities at the Southgate Leisure Centre. All centre specific memberships at this facility have been given UK access whilst the centre is closed for refurbishment and the information in regard to the closure is stated via the below link for all customers to view. We apologise if you were unaware of the refurbishment before your daughter purchased the membership but if she has had the membership for less than 14 days you will be able to request a cancellation of the membership and receive a full refund.

We are very happy to hear that you are enjoying the Gym, the swimming pool and the Healthsuite facilities at the Southgate Leisure Centre. However, we are saddened to hear that the toilets are not up to the standard we strive to provide for all our customers on each visit to our facilities. I will ensure your feedback is passed to the centre manager for his immediate attention on the areas of concern so these can be taken care of quickly.
