Great experience so far
Great experience so far, was easy to join online and choose what sort of membership I needed. I’ve done a fitness class and swimming and both have been great. Classes seem to get booked up quickly but there’s a wait list, that seems effective. The app is ok, but a little confusing at times. Staff at the Center are helpful.

Thank you for your review.
We are happy to hear that you are enjoying The Hive Leisure Centre and the joining process was simple and easy for you to be able to opt for the correct membership for your needs. We hope you continue to enjoy this facility and great staff and activities they have on offer. The bookings for Fitness Classes are 10pm at night so you are able to book for the 7th day but you are able to see all other days straight away. This will allow you to book activities ahead of time to ensure you get a slot. You are also required to cancel the booking at least 4 hours before the start time of the activity so you do not receive a penalty charge. I will pass on you lovely feedback for their attention of the centre.

From application to induction was made easy.…
From application to induction was made very easy. Within one day of induction I received my first 4 week training program based on my assessment at the induction.
The Gym itself seems to be using very modern equipment ( though I am no expert) and everything seems to work.
