the sands is a good gym plenty of room clean tidey but its like everywhere else you go the PTs are not very good with teaching bodybuilding but they are ok at helping people lose weight

Have just joined the gym and had an excellent induction showing me new machines and adding to my routines to keep it interesting. The gym has everything and the pool is magnificent. Just going makes me happy.
