Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear that your induction was not conducted in full and you were not satisfied once this came to an end. We provide inductions so our customers are aware of how the equipment functions in the Gym so they can have a productive workout and prevent injury whilst using the equipment. We apologise if this was not the case for you.

We would like to arrange another induction for you at a time which is convenient for you. Please respond back to let us know if this is something you would like to take up and I can reach out to the centre manager to get in touch with you to arrange this.

Thank you for your review.

As a member you have access to seven days advance booking, wereas non-members can only book 5 days in advance.

We would recommend putting yourself on the waiting list if when you first check there are no spaces, as more often than not people will cancel during the week and then their spaces are released for other customers to book.

We also operate a non-attendance and a late cancellation fee so if any customer books a class and then does not show up or cancels less than four hours before the class is due to begin they will incur a penalty. This has been put in place to ensure customers are not booking and taking slots when other customers would like to book.
