The swim instructors were very attentive and helped my son when he was very nervous. He became more confident as the lesson went on. They were patient and gave very good feedback to my son.

Really bad members - swearing, entering the gate behind me, no staff presence, classes shorter than advertised, limited gym equipment.

My swimming lesson is paying off, I'm getting better at it and Julian is very passionate about the gym supervision. He encourages and ready to work with us.

Recently joined and facilities are good
Recently joined and have been enjoying the Gym and Swimming. Facilities are good so far and the pool area and changing rooms are clean. Signed up for two Yoga classes now as well.

You can never book anything on their programmes as they claim they have been booked. We joined the waiting list and received an invitation to join; however invitation link didn’t work either.

enjoyed the gym induction however….
Really enjoyed the gym induction and session at the gym.
I booked a badminton court for the Monday only to receive an email Monday morning saying it had been cancelled.
I logged on and managed to book a different court.
When I arrived I found the reason for my booking being cancelled was the holiday club wanted to use the court so they cancelled my booking. I don’t think this was acceptable as they should have just moved my booking to another court rather then cancelling it. I think it was poor management and rude.

Lovely local gym

Swimming lesson was great for my baby…
Swimming lesson was great for my baby however there are only 2 baby change rooms and one of them the door is broken and has been broken for a long time now.
