We are very sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced, particularly with the lack of air conditioning during the heat wave and the missed Pilates session.

We understand that last-minute cancellations can be frustrating, especially when it's due to unforeseen circumstances like staff illness. Please know that we do our best to avoid these situations.
