Dirty Pool
My local pool is very dirty in the pool most of the time. While the staff are lovely, the changing rooms are clean and the centre is generally well maintained, I have stopped swimming there because I believe the pool itself is a health hazard. The amount of detritus in the water: hair, plasters, nails, dirt, scum is overwhelming.

I have changed my membership from 60+…
I have changed my membership from 60+ pay as you go with 66+ paying monthly 36.00.
I love it that I don’t have to pay anything extra except Netball!
This means I would be paying another 16.00 on top.
No one seems to know the reason for the charge and have kindly let me in for free however I wonder if this stops lots of older ladies joining?

Everyone at Windrush is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy Sara’s and Georgia’s classes, they’re both fantastic. There’s plenty of equipment, so you never have to wait around for machines.

HIT classes
Really love all the classes but my favourite is Ella's HIT class. She is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Ella's helped me not only with my fitness but also my confidence. She is encouraging and supportive and pushes me to do my best.

Kids bouncy castle party
I booked a kids bouncy castle party at Windrush leisure centre and was blown away with how helpful the staff were. They were happy to assist with anything I needed help with. The bouncy castle itself was amazing, it was huge! Had an obstacle course and slide. The kids loved it! The seating for the kids was perfect. They even brought more toys out for the kids to play with. They all had such a wonderful time and the help from the staff (So sorry I can't remember her name) made it much less stressful for me. I appreciated this so much and can't thank them enough.
I highly recommend this kids party, your kids will thank you! Really good price too!

Love the friendly atmosphere
Love the friendly atmosphere , the great class leaders, the choice of activities and the app. I first recently joined as pay as you go member and then as I was going to lots of classes I changed to senior partnership membership. However the only problem I’ve had is that no one explained and not clear on app that the classes I went to regularly and the gym still cost £5.40 per session (the same as if I’d stayed as pay as you go) so I’m now out of pocket!

We appreciate your insight and completely understand the frustration associated with not receiving the anticipated value. Upon reviewing your membership details, we can confirm that the classes for which you are being charged should indeed be included in your prepaid membership.
To facilitate a resolution, we kindly ask that you contact our customer services department directly and provide a screenshot of the issue at hand. We will escalate the matter to our IT team for prompt resolution.
