Betts became my sole source of bullion a few years ago, their price points are usually half that of others, almost always delivered next day with a friendly person always at the other end of the phone.

I have dealt with Betts for over 11 years and have been delighted with their professional caring attitude. I have always been treated as a valued customer whether it be for metal refining, processing, purchasing and in latter years their tools and other supplies. All the people in their team are a real credit to the company, knowledgeable and friendly. Highest possible praise and recommendation from a longstanding client.

Sent my silver Monday, confirmed receipt and price given by Tuesday and paid directly. Really first class service and more than fair price offered. Really happy with this company as it is always a worry sending this sort of thing. Instant contact and money straight into nominated bank account. We have dealt with other companies (Cookson Gold) but this was by far the better deal.

I found Betts metals to be very professional and helpful. I sent my scrap silver yesterday afternoon. By this afternoon, I received an email from them telling me the value of the silver and that the money would be in my bank account by tomorrow, at the latest. They were very helpful. A lot of the other companies won't take a smaller amount of silver, but Betts Metals did I'm pleased to say. Thanks to them. Five stars!

My experience of Betts was terrible, the least professional company I've ever done business with. Try Cousins uk or Cookson Gold instead they are far more professional.
