Don't bother with this bookmaker. The bad reviews are no coincidence. Bet placements are skew-wiff
Email sent to betvickers.com in July 2025, still not responded to.
Dear Vickers Customer support team,
I contacted one of your colleagues via live chat yesterday and what should have been a short query turned into nearly an hour. There seemed to be rather long gaps between me asking questions and getting answers. To start with it took nearly ten minutes for them to acknowledge I'd opened a chat.
To make things worse, once we hit 9pm last night they told me they had to go as they were finishing their shift. I found it quite astounding that finishing their shift was more important than assisting customers. Had they not have taken 5-6 minutes to reply to messages then the query would have been resolved long before the end of their shift.
They also said that they would send me a screenshot via email there and then, but this screenshot was never received.
I found this experience was rather frustrating and also very time consuming when it needn't be. It seems like I, as the customer, am just an inconvenience to your colleague.
No doubt, had I not sent this email then I'd have heard nothing back from anyone.
Due to all the above points, I'd like to make an official complaint as I don't feel like I have been given anywhere near enough assistance to resolve my query.
I'd like an explanation as to why this has happened, have my original query answered and some form of redress for the time wasted and frustration experienced.
Thieves! Closed down Vickers Bet, they ignored my requests for assistance in withdrawing my money (as my registered email had been hacked). I offered to provide ID for verification but never got s response.
They stole my money (as I'm sure they did with many people), and now have the audacity to come back as Bet Vickers. It's criminal!
I shall be escalating this to the regulator.

Already stolen money of customers when they were Vickers Bet, now relaunched as BetVickers still up to their old tricks.
