False product /prices to lure you in …
I had to register to buy the advertised product that I wanted - then the product disappeared. So I was lured in by a great price. The company now have all my details - not happy at all!

Free delivery!
The products i was buying clearly stated free delivery. I'm sure there was small print somewhere saying over £100 but none of that was apparent until final details were already confirmed. I then see VAT has been added on and not included in the price. Very disturbing & disappointing.

I ordered an item on the 8th July and have still not received this, today being the 18th July. I was receiving responses to emails initially but no updates to my last chasers. Very disappointing as this company was recommended via Chat GPT!

Product never received
I ordered my product over a week ago and payed £8.49 in postage but have not received my product and no notification to say it has been dispatched.
Avoid and don't waste your money.

We’ve checked your order, and the item is listed as available to order, meaning it isn’t held in our stock and is ordered in specifically upon request. Because of this, delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on supplier availability.
Our £8.49 delivery charge is a flat rate applied to all orders, and this is clearly shown at checkout.

Great online dental retailer
I’ve been ordering from BF Mulholland for the past 12 years. Their online shop is very convenient to order from with a user friendly interface, large selection and quick delivery. Overall I find their customer service excellent and would recommend this supplier to colleagues.
