We, One Master Distribution, are the official and exclusive distributor for several international beauty brands in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. Unfortunately, we discovered that B. Futurist B.V. has been supplying products from multiple brands for which we hold exclusive territorial rights, causing serious issues regarding market confusion, product traceability and regulatory compliance.

Despite the clear exclusivity in these regions, products supplied by B. Futurist B.V. continue to appear on the markets we manage, creating unnecessary complications for retailers and consumers. We have formally notified the company and requested that they immediately stop all sales of these brands into our territories.

We strongly encourage B. Futurist B.V. to respect brand owners’ distribution structures and comply with European regulations to avoid further legal escalation. Our experience has been highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional, and One Master Distribution does not recommend working with this supplier for authorized or compliance-sensitive distribution.

The company is an absolute spam fiest. Whatever you do never ever sign up for anything with B Futurist B.V. They will never stop sending spam to you, and you can never unsubscribe or get rid of them. Emailing them to ask them to stop does not get any response.

Also, I worked for a company that used to get fake purchasing requests from B.Futurist B.V. It was simply a bait they used to trick the company to disclose their email and from then onwards the spam never ended.

The only way to get these people to stop is to take them to court.
