No puedo estar más agradecido con el equipo de BGR Solutions. Después de una experiencia nefasta en otro establecimiento donde me estafaron con mi Xiaomi 11T Pro, llegar aquí fue un alivio total. Desde el primer momento, la atención al público fue impecable: cercana, transparente y muy profesional.
Lo que más valoro es su honestidad inquebrantable. Realizaron un diagnóstico exhaustivo y técnico que confirmó el engaño que había sufrido anteriormente, explicándome todo con claridad. A diferencia de otros sitios, ellos se enfocan en solucionar el problema real en lugar de inventar averías para inflar la factura. Son técnicos de verdad, con una ética de trabajo difícil de encontrar hoy en día. Si buscas confianza, profesionalidad y una reparación garantizada, no vayas a otro sitio.

They helped me a lot with my business

On Monday I managed to spill coffee all over my laptop keyboard - and I mean all over it! I work for myself and I use the laptop every day so this was a major problem. I called BGR, asked for their advice, I followed their advice (turn it off and get it into them asap) and got it into them. They cleaned the laptop thoroughly and got it back to perfect working order the next day!! I thought it was curtains for my laptop but the guys in BGR worked their magic. Superb service AND very reasonable, would highly recommend.

Thanks again to BGR not for the first time they have helped out with my computing needs.
From servicing an old tablet to printing documents nothing was to much trouble.

BGR solutions, you don't need to look anywhere else for your repairs or electronic purchases. 5 star service, a massive thank you, especially to Ethan. He really perservered until he managed to solve the problem with my phone. I can't recommend highly enough!

We started using BGR when they first started up in a little shop and 2 staff they have gone from strength to strength Have used them for repairs ect and always found them to be help full and always with a smile on there faces and nothing is too much trouble ....I always advise my family and friends to use BGR ......also I have words with a most helpfull Alice over the internet with problems I,ve had with my TV and box and always have excellent service a thumbs up to all who work there

Hello I had a problem with my mobile phone on lobster and a new phone but couldn't remember Gmail password.
So like the old tv show, If you have a problem and can't find any help, call the A Team.
In this case it was Alice and Allandro at BGR solutions.

Another great service in the all new BGR service centre. my poor old phone had a black screen, the guys ordered me a new one from the mainland fitted it tested and 😀 all good till the next time.

Great customer services. The part required was out of stock. No problem for BGR, ordered, received and installed on the same day.

Found BGR via a Google search, when an IPad.stopped working whilst on holiday. Professional organisation, kept me updated throughout and managed to fix in a couple of days. Highly recommend.

I went to BGR solutions 2 days ago as I needed a very important document sorting and printing off.
My mobile phone was playing up and the gentleman from BGR took his time to sort it and managed to print off my documents.
I found the whole experience as soon as I walked through the door to be fantastic and will definitely go back to BGR in the future.

This company was recommended to me by several people. My husband’s iPhone needed a new battery and BGR did an excellent job.

Outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond. It's so refreshing to have a company speak to you in your language. Customer service is great and they have great knowledge of the products they sell.

Great service always on point with anything I need and always try and give the best price available in most cases undercutting the larger chain stores (who most of don’t speak English anyway) great staff and always a good experience

Not brilliant bought a laptop and printer promised a free set up. Eventually after calling back again got someone to call and set up link to printer. Just mine not my hubbies. Called in to again to add got at an unhelpful young guy that said I need to ask my boss and get back to me the silence has been deafening. Also got a TV box from then paid one year upfront now need to go home for covid vacinne cannot freeze this. Avoid like the plague not helpful don't get back to you and completely not understanding about covid restructions
