I was really impressed with how quickly there was an understanding of hierachy and process within my job role and instant support o for the problems I was facing. My flat sale was handled by Jennie, Betül and team. From the initial contact I was extremely impressed by the professional communication from Frankie, I had been with a previous solicitor whose firm had then been taken over and I was left in the lurch. Team at BHW listened to my concerns and set out a plan of action. Despite the complexities of selling flats the team were highly experienced and clearly knew what they were doing.
